cannot recommend Matt Pruitt at Beverly Hills Porsche

cannot recommend Matt Pruitt at Beverly Hills Porsche highly enough! From the very beginning he made the entire buying experience fun, stress-free, and exciting. He was always available, kept me updated every step of the way, and even sent me behind-the-scenes photos as my car was being prepared. That personal touch made me feel like I was more than just a customer. Matt is incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about Porsche, and he truly cares about making sure you get exactly what you want. He was able to source a car to my exact specifications, which was amazing, and then went the extra mile by sending it to a wrap shop so I could pick it up fully finished and ready to go. I really appreciated how genuine and thoughtful he was throughout the process. What impressed me most was that he clearly values long-term relationships, not just one sale. He took the time to get to know me, made great recommendations, and made me excited for what’s ahead with my new Porsche. If you’re thinking about getting a Porsche, I wouldn’t go to anyone else. Matt Pruitt is the absolute best.

Excellent salesman.

Excellent salesman. Everything else is shady beyond belief, here are some points to guard yourself from the most shady finance department I have encountered in my life, and I've purchased plenty of cars from Toyota, Honda, Lexuses, Porsches: 1). Read and re-read your paperwork, 2). Check your monthly payment with a "car payment calculator". 3). Check the trade value of the vehicle you're trading in. 4). Do not feel that they are trustworthy just because it's "Porsche" or just because it's "Beverly Hills". Here is my experience: "Shady-Shady-Shady" ...

RUN, DON'T WALK, AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!

RUN, DON'T WALK, AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP! Incompetent, shady, and possibly fraudulent business practices. Let me explain. On 2/27/25, I bought a 2024 Macan S from this dealership, paying by check. They cashed it on 3/3/25. I picked up the car on 3/12/25, which came with temporary plates expiring on 6/8/25. By 5/28/25, I still hadn’t received the permanent plates, title, or registration. I reached out to the sales agent, who reassured me I’d get something soon. I followed up with the finance director on 6/2/25, who promised to call back but never did. A call to the DMV confirmed the issue was with the dealership. I called again on 6/6/25 and was told the temporary registration was valid through 8/8/25, so I let it slide. At that point, I had bigger issues at home—my husband was under hospice care and passed away on 6/5/25. By 7/16/25, I still had no title or registration. I contacted the finance manager again, who didn’t know the problem and suggested I speak with the sales manager (SM). SM promised to look into it and get back to me, but after two weeks with no update, I called again on 7/29/25. SM admitted he had emailed the business office two weeks prior but hadn’t followed up. He promised to escalate the issue. On 8/4/25, I received an email from SM explaining that the delay was due to a problem with Porsche’s title processing. He promised an update by 8/5/25, but I heard nothing. I escalated the matter, sending a letter to the owner and GM, demanding a resolution within 14 days or I would take legal action. Again, no response. On 8/8/25, the day my temporary registration expired, I called SM again, who revealed two shocking details: the dealership had submitted an incorrect odometer statement, delaying the registration process for five months, and they hadn’t paid off the car until the end of June, despite cashing my check in March. I asked for a loaner car, but SM refused, saying none were available. At this point, my daughter posted a review about the dealership’s poor service. Within minutes, the dealership responded with a generic apology, and shortly after, SM called me offering a used sales car as a loaner. The next day, they delivered the loaner to me. Three weeks later, on 9/2/25, the dealership finally resolved the issue, returning my car with plates, title, registration, a full tank of gas, and a detail. This should have never happened. I’ve been trying to resolve this issue since May, but no one at the dealership took it seriously until my temporary registration expired. I had to push them for months while also dealing with the death of my husband. It was hurtful and frustrating to be met with such incompetence and indifference, especially given what I was going through. To add insult to injury, I still haven’t heard from the owner or GM.

As a long-time and repeat customer, I can't recommend

As a long-time and repeat customer, I can't recommend Porsche Beverly Hills highly enough. I've had the pleasure of acquiring a bunch of cars from them over the years, and the experience is consistently five-star from start to finish. A special and sincere thank you to Samuel for always taking such incredible care of us. He is the consummate professional: incredibly knowledgeable, transparent, and he makes the entire buying process feel effortless and genuinely enjoyable. He truly goes above and beyond for his clients, and his passion for the brand is infectious. The dealership itself is a class act. The facility is beautiful, and the entire staff makes you feel valued. If you're considering a Porsche, this is the only place to go. Thank you again to Samuel and the entire team for another outstanding experience!

Have had the most horrendous experience here, firstly

Have had the most horrendous experience here, firstly because of Scott and then Chris, both in the service department. We believe because we're an LGBT couple and my wife is a trans woman that we were discriminated against, as we were given downright inferior treatment, including being told repeated lies that the manager is now aware of after we spoke to him during our last visit. Scott repeatedly lied about our Porsche status, which was in the shop two months ago for a month, lo and behold, same issue two months later and they're replacing the same part again! Chris could not handle basic customer service issues and was abhorrent in his behavior, but frankly, Scott was even more so. So embarrassing. When we texted Chris to let him know this was the same part replaced two month ago, he ignored us. Because of these negative experiences, we've decided to go to Downtown Porsche for an SUV. Discrimination is illegal in the state of CA by the way.

John Ditch and his team have a passion for helping people

John Ditch and his team have a passion for helping people and offer an obviously World Class Porsche product. Thanks to John and his team for helping me achieve my dream car. This is my 3rd Porsche but not my last. My first Porsche was a 911S bought in Santa Barbara, second was a Porsche 930 bought in Santa Monica, private party. John’s team kept me in the loop and were very patient with me as it took me some time to pull this together. Thanks John and Team! Tony
