Just recently bought a vehicle from them. I pushed to get the trade value for my truck, they came up 2 grand short so I felt okay. UNTIL I saw the listing for my old truck on their website. There is NO WAY my old truck is worth 54 grand. Its the 2021 F-150 Sport 4x4 Velocity Blue/ Black interior with 23,409 miles. The trade value is only $49 grand. DO NOT DO NOT pay more than 49 grand for this truck. I told the sales managers they would do it and their response was they would put it up for MAYBE 51 grand. We all know dealerships OVER charge us, but San Tan Ford is by far the worst. The salesman even told my wife and I they over charge their new vehicles over $500. I bought that truck brand new under MSRP without being asked for money down. My advice is DO NOT buy from them unless you have extra money you want to waste! ZERO STARS AND WILL NOT REFER ANYONE!

Save your money
We like to take your money. We run up prices and we try to sell the car if you walk away from it and try to come back the next day for it and when we ask you to stay right here while I get some help what they are doing is making a turn which is giving up there customer to a higher end sales men to try a close the deal on you while running the price up they expect you to stand there and wait this is done by a test study that was done and people will wait it's all a scam to take more money from you, when you don't need a down payment or they want money for a better warranty which then the finance manager makes that money and they will try to sell you on that as well don't fall for it

Save yourself $5k! Let me walk out the door after asking for their lowest price and returning with the exact same price as was on the windshield. Bought a vehicle here previously and will not be returning. It’s bad enough the $5k market adjustment is being used and goes straight into the dealerships pockets…if you order a car, I was told there is no market adjustment…so a pure $5k profit for the dealership that Ford is NOT charging. *UPDATE* Robertos response was followed up with ~5 days of fumbling back and forth by a couple different sales folks. Finally spoke with the general sales manager today and was not willing to do anything either. So expect to pay sticker + $5k market adjustment here with no negotiation. Sad people are so accepting to pay $5k over what the MSRP is and further impacting the market and those that are trying to correct the market to only pay what it should cost. **UPDATE**There are several other FORD dealers in the valley that DO NOT charge a market adjustment or if they do it is in the $1000-2000 range...bought the vehicle I wanted at another dealer with no negotiating and no market adjustment...shame on you San Tan Ford

John Dye was a very great person to work with! He made purchasing our 2022 Mustang Mach E very easy. If you are at this dealership I highly recommend asking to work with John if possible.
