Found a car I really wanted at Dulles Auto Sales at an already great price, but Bashir was willing to work with me to get an even better deal including tags and gps. They are really friendly and very helpful!

I got a nissan altima whose carfax was clean. But after few months I started having problems. I went to service my car and they told me my car was involved in an accident and the frame was damaged. This dealer never told me

I chose this dealer because of the car they had that I found via Internet. My experience was average, because the dealer would not budge on the price. Also, he did not want me to pay for the purchase by my credit card that gives me 1% cash back. But he was helpful in other respects. This dealer was more helpful than others, like Pohanka in Chantilly or Enterprise in Fairfax, for he did have the car I was looking for at the price that was not overly high. The car I purchased was Hyundai Accent. After I purchased it, I showed it to my trusted mechanic at Sunset Hills Automotive, who did not find any serious problems with this car, which was to me as the green light! So in all, I am satisfied with the purchase!

I bought 2 cars from Dulles Auto Sales and as matter of fact l really like all the car and l am enjoying them. So if anyone need or want to buy car please don't go to any place just come to Dulles Auto Sales, and you find it yourself. The only place to buy used and looks like new car, even if there is issues their are more then happy to help you and they will make you feel like home .

This is the first time I am owning an Acura ,with the help of these two courteous sales men John and Bashir who made the transaction easier than I thought. What an experience, I am definitely a satisfied customer. I expected my visit to Dulles Auto Sales to be like past experiences visiting other dealerships and I have to be the first to admit that I was wrong. The level of customer service and professionalism made my car buying experience pleasant and enjoyable. I appreciated the willingness to work with me as I asked questions in search of the right car for me. The vehicles were clean and the dealer was too happy to provide the information on the history of the vehicles I took interest in.The prices were comparable and the vehicles were of good quality. The dealer provided excellent service by making minor repairs to ensure I made a satisfied purchase. I will definitely recommend Dulles Auto Sales to friends and will be back for my next purchase.

For the first time In my entire live I bought a car in less than 1 hour of negotiations. the customer service was excellent and the people there were very polite and entertaining. I will recommend the dealership to any one who needs a good car for a good price.

I am happy with the attention and consideration I received at Dulles Auto Sales. I give it five stars overall primarily on the merits of their friendliness and willingness to help without being overbearing and laden with sales hype. These two gentlemen gave me all the space I needed to look as deeply into my intended purchase as I cared to without interjecting or 'hanging around' and let me arrive at my own 'buyer beware' decision. I knew what I wanted and these people had it, so they did not really need to sell me. Process: being from some distance away and the fact that this is a small private used car dealership created some complications in the financing, title and registration process but I can attribute that as much to my bank's procedures as the dealer's. The last time I bought a used car the buyer did all the running around for title and plates so the 'dealer-or-banker does it' ritual caught me off guard. One snafu one should be keen towards is that, in this suburban small-dealer "mall" setting, the parking situation is not clear with so many separate and competing vendors; you should vet your parking decision with the proprietors -or they should take it upon themselves to verify your parking decision- before you leave your arrival-vehicle unattended. While I was out test-riding, I was towed; but the Dulles' folks ferried me to retrieve my car from the towing service. Still, the experience added $120.00 to the cost of my purchase; I blame myself for presuming without inquiry. I mostly worked with Bashir (occasionally John assisted) and he treated me and my wife with courtesy and respect and promptly answered our questions and concerns. Bashir was patient while we made our decision and I enjoyed his candor and humor. Repairs: small and reasonable fixes and part-replacements were done while we investigated, without hesitancy. Facilities: minimal; basic but very serviceable for their volume and inventory type. Give them a try, watch where you park, Have a clear idea what the lending institution's paperwork requirements will be. I feel like I am, to some degree, 'friends' with these folks.

This is a perfect dealership to buy a car from. I came all the way from Bowie, MD for this dealership. The customer service was excellent, the owner was very friendly and helpful with all questions and concerns. The car was presented in excellent shape, clean and of course...SMELLING GOOD!!!!!. I would recommend this place to everyone! Oh yeah one more thing the price of the car was on point!!!!!!!!! Paid exactly what I was looking for. This dealership made my buying experience quite pleasant with their professionalism, great customer rapport (friendly and very easy to work with), & affordable prices with cars in great condition. I brought a 2007 Toyota Camry fully loaded without breaking my pocket. overall the customer reps went out of they way to ensure I was accommodated to include allowing me time to make a quality decision without pressuring me or being worried about the car been sold before I could return to pick it (cost me a small down payment in which they held the car for 3 days while I made a final decision). As a woman, shopping in a market that most feel could be an intimidating experience, turned out to be very fun and exciting. (please know this doesn't negate the fact you should do your homework and still come prepared).
