I reached out to the dealer through Cars.com and was never contacted back. I gave a detailed email of what I was interested in and questions I had about a certain truck and I never received a response from the dealer..

Thermostat replaced for no reason !
Car had coolant leaking like rain on arrival Scanner showed thermostat was stuck ,replaced it $305!Returned, coolant still flowing, ,replaced coolant pipes leading into intake, wanted $329 more. Told them xxxxxxxx, didn't even need new thermostat! Finally was charged $93 more dollars, thankfully had a $10 coupon. I don't think on first trip there was ever a visual inspection ! Duh ......

Can't beat Everett
Since Everett opened in Bryant my wife and I have purchased several vehicles from them. I can't think of anything bad to say about them from the time we walked in until we left. Anything we have needed done to our vehicles from maintenance to repairs they have always had great customer service!
