Dan was very friendly and helpful. He helped my wife and I with some complications on our trade ins and made it all work. We both went home happy with brand new Subarus.

This dealership had the best selection in the area. Daniel was super helpful, got me the car I wanted and was able to roll a previous car loan into a monthly payment that was in my budget

THEY ARE LIARS AND WILL SELL YOU A BROKEN CAR

Do not trust this dealership at all!!! They are complete liars. At first they’ll treat you like kings but once they make a deal with you they will treat you like you’re an idiot and garbage. They are liars and arrogant people. I bought a car from them and at first it seemed like a great purchase they told me the car went through it’s service and everything was okay with it. It was winter time when I bought the car, two months later when it started heating up outside I obviously turn on the ac and it doesn’t work. Keep in mind this was the first time I turn on the ac since I bought the car. I take the car to the dealership service and said the car needs a lot of fixing. I call the manager from pine belt and he was speaking to me like I was just born yesterday with a condescending tone. He’s telling me I don’t know anything about cars when clearly he’s the one who isn’t educated in it Bc he claimed I broke the ac when it wasn’t even turned on in my possession. He wouldn’t help me or get a word out and he just kept repeating as it was my fault. The service guy even said it doesn’t make any sense for me to be the one to make this damage to the car. THE WORST DEALERSHIP IVE EVER EXPERIENCED PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY AND DONT BUY FROM THESE ARROGANT PEOPLE. trust me you’ll find something much better at a different dealership Bc once you sign I guarantee you they’ll leave you hot and dry.

The only thing I can say is, my salesperson, Adel Radwan...

The only thing I can say is, my salesperson, Adel Radwan was the best. He was kind, helpful and funny. The dealership not so much. We have bad history. I was told extra parts were owed to me only to be denied once it went up the chain of command.

I was referred to Mike Tillis by a friend after having...

I was referred to Mike Tillis by a friend after having bought a pre-owned car at another dealer and instead of being happy I was very unhappy. I put a lot of money down, my car payments were extremely high for a 2018 car with 46,000 miles and had a 75 month loan. I would have been paying double the amount of what the car purchase price was. Plus the service light kept coming on. I brought the car back within the week saying I was not happy and felt taken advantage of and they just didn’t want to hear it or help me. So I went to see Mike at Subaru the next week after my friend’s urging. He found out that the car had been in a previous accident which the other dealership never told me about. Mike worked hard to help me knowing how upset and stressed I was about all the money I was out and still going to put out. I ended up trading the car in and was able to buy a brand new 2021 Forester Touring that I love because Mike made that happen for me. He was so pleasant, caring , honest and trustworthy unlike the other salesman and dealership I dealt with. I can now say I am happy thanks to Mike.
