Drove in from 2 hours away on two particular SUVs, Denali and Grand cherokee Limited. Had a trade in with a payoff. We were welcomed by Dennis which handled most of everything. Right away he said there is no pressure here i am here to answer all your questions and to help you. Matt the owner told us how much our trade was worth in 5 minutes! and his number was a tinny bit higher then 5 other dealers we went to. ( the other 5 dealers it took more then an hour with the run around like you would not believe, especially the big dealers) our loan for the difference was approved in 20 min! Honest, Very Friendly, extremely knowledgeable people that have the best website with the best pictures of their cars!!!!!!!!!

My husband and I were looking for a good used car and we drove by and were very impress with their inventory. The vehicles are very clean. No pushy sales people. The buying process was very simple and hassle free. Their facilities are very clean. The bays are very neat and organized. There were a few issues with the vehicle and they were very quick to response. They were extremely helpful even though the vehicle had no warranty. They stand for their reputation. Highly recommend when looking for a good affordable vehicle.

My wife and I were looking for a Subaru Outback as our next family car. We looked at many cars from many dealers, but were drawn to the one we eventually bought at East Penn. There were far more pictures and information listed of the car that was actually informative, and the photos were clear and showed the car as it really was... more than double the photos other larger dealers had advertised. When we called about the car, we spoke to Matt. He was very helpful on the phone with all our questions and was eager to help and we decided to come down to look at the car. We took the hour ride to Pen Argyl, and when we got there we were immediately greeted, and they had just finished washing the car we were considering. We were shown inside and met Matt, who was enthusiastic and happily showed us the car and got the keys for a test drive. There was no pressure and a very relaxed atmosphere. After we drove the car for a bit we returned, agreed on a price and talked about financing. Matt went to great lengths and was very thorough to ensure our paperwork was correct and getting us the best deal. I don't give perfect scores to anything but my wife! LOL! Anyway, I just wanted to let everyone know that this place is a MUST to stop at if you are looking for a newer/used car. They have a great selection most times and they are GREAT to work with. The customer service is awesome. Helped me out every step of the way and didn't hesitate to answer any of my questions or point me in the right direction to help find the answer, I would definitely recommend this dealer... No pressure to buy, no overselling of products/warranties(which I asked about first before they offered it). I looed over the truck I bought for 45 minutes in their garage because it was raining out. They pulled it in and let me "have at it". No one was looking over my shoulder and the mechanics didn't hesitate to answer any questions. Thanks Guys!
