Was in the market for a 2018 Ford Taurus Sho.

Was in the market for a 2018 Ford Taurus Sho. No help when I walked in; had to ask around and find someone. Salesmen was uncooperative and cagey the whole time. Didn't speak. Only thing he told me was he forgot to mention the driver side seatbelt was locked and need replaced, half the trim was hanging off, and the airbag light was on. Litany of issues that weren't told to me prior to the long drive; which I called to ensure there wasn't. Genuine waste of time, a shame; had my hopes up for a price too good to be true. Never shop here.

Brooks was a pleasure to deal with.

Brooks was a pleasure to deal with. We looked at a pickup that we had seen posted online and he also showed us other options available. Unfortunately one of the other options that we actually liked better was parked behind a lot of vehicles and it was getting late so we couldn't take it for a drive. We're still considering a purchase.

Very impersonal and very unprofessional

Very impersonal. I had to walk through a building filled with vehicles that were packed in like sardines to even find a person. Told them what I was interested in. The person showed me the car and said “I’ll be back”. He walked off and I waited for 10-15 minutes for him to come back. I walked to the center of the building there he was sitting at a desk in an office area. Very unprofessional. Honestly if I could give this company a zero I would

Customer is last on the list

They don't really want to sell cars. I am a cash, out of state buyer and willing to buyer a Chevrolet van they had listed. Because I was out of state, I asked them to take a couple of images of the underside of the vehicle. I wanted to check for leaks, since I could not physically be there to check it out myself. They told me they do not do that for anyone. I had the shipping all set up to deliver to Arizona. If your out of state buyer stay away.

Do not go here

Complete waste of time. Noticed atleast 4 major flaws in the paint and body immediately after driving 8 hours and being told it was perfectly fine with no damage. Not to mention service engine light was on and misrepresentation of the mileage.

Never contacted me!!

3 times I requested more info on a automobile they had listed...never received a response. I took my business elsewhere. If this is how their customer service is...Im glad I didnt get a response!

Skip this one...

Don't bother wasting your time. Cars are packed in so tightly, you can't walk in between...not joking. Most are parked touching each other or the wall. Salesman won't take your offer serious if you are a buyer. Get yourself a Copart or IAA membership and skip the hassle and markup.

Indoor car showroom

Was a bit surprised at the location being an all indoor showroom. They have a lot of as-is vehicles for sale including a few newer, high-end sports and muscle cars. It is a walk-in environment with staff centered in the middle waiting to help you. They were a bit busy at the time, but they accompanied us with the buying process.

Looking for C-max, good price

I was looking for a Ford C-max w/good price & low miles. They have 'repairable' cars. This car had very low miles and I can spare parts in their Salvage department. I believe that I can fix the dents with the salvage parts and be humming along for a few $1000 less than other dealers.
