Great Vehicles at fair price

I bought a flood titled 2009 Hyundai Sonata in Dec of 2008. They were very upfront about the title and the cost. They explained their process of repairing and experience with these types of titles and offer extended warranties since the manufacturer one was void. Great price and almost 200K miles later I am still driving happy as can be.

Terrible

Terrible customer service. I looked at two vehicles after driving 1 hour and 10 minutes to get there and the battery was dead on one. The man did not even attempt to move out of his chair after I told him....save your time and your money do not come here.

Worst Customer Service I've Ever Had!

I walked in, no one acknowledged my existence. Went up to the guy who was sitting there not even doing work. Talked about what I'm looking for and then shouted my personal credit situation from across the room to another employee for other people to hear. Pretty much dismissed me until I mentioned cash, then his attitude changed. I walked right out the door. I will never do business with them and encourage everyone else to do the same.

Business Ehtics

Rock and Mike showed unprecedented ethics in getting my car repaired. Although they made my purchase of a 2012 Volvo efficient and pleasant (expected), the real test of ethics came when I had to have some warranty work performed. As soon as I reported the issue to them, they immediately took responsibility and got the work done quickly and properly with absolutely no cost to me. The company's facilities proved to own up to it's modern and professional image as well. I'd recommend Executive Auto Gallery to anyone in the market for a great used car.

Business Ethics

Mike and Rock (of Executive Auto Gallery) are two uncommon businessmen with old school ethics. Aside from making the purchase of my used 2012 Volvo pleasant and easy, they immediately stood up and accepted responsibility for some warranty work afterward. It was a pleasant surprise to receive such great customer service after the sale. Executive is a great source for special used cars. Although the company's facilities show obvious modern attention to ever changing technology, the company never lost its old school ethics. Thank you Executive.

Great Dealership

I've been buying cars from these guys for almost 20 years. Never had an issue, they are totally upfront about the fact that the cars are r-titled.

never had a problem

I bought several cars from EAG and never had a problem with them. They always took care of any problems I had with the vehicles. No complains at all.

I can't recomend them enoguh!

They had a Cadillac SRX listed for 15k and being in Florida I was skeptical to drive up there after seeing all the negative reviews on these guys but then I spent some time reading the reviews and noticed that most of the the neg ones were because they wouldn't sell a specific car to a person because it was sold before they got to the dealership. After being to the dealership personally and meeting and working with these guys I can tell you that I can understand how you can want a car they have and not get there in time to buy it. In the few hours I was there Mike (My sales agent) sold 5 other cars. These guys arn't sitting around for customers to walk up they are hustling to sell cars (Makes sense because it's their business) I have had my SRX from them for about 6 months. It was better in person then how they had it listed online or described over the phone and they made the whole process simple and painless (Other then the 15k for the car) Thanks Mike!

Consumer response

I just want to update everyone. I left my review about four years ago after I bought my car and I just bought a new XT5 and sold the SRX that I bought from Executive. I put 120K miles on it and had no mechanical issues at all. This was a great car and a great buy for me. I sold it yesterday for 7K! Buy from these guys they did me right.

Salvage titled vehicles - can't get a car loan for

Car looked like a great deal until I found out that my credit union does not finance salvage titled vehicles.

Nice, clean showroom.

They have a wonderful showroom and tons of hail salvaged vehicles which are fixable and lots with low mileage. The only thing they didn't tell us is that the cars are R titled and they wanted to trade us for a 2010 vehicle with low mileage in excellent condition even up. We were to pay extra for warranties etc.
