Great service from a family owned dealer, no pressure to try and upsell me or make me walk out with the truck the same day, let me take it to a mechanic for a inspection, would buy from them again

I just made my 3rd vehicle purchase from Rick, and like always, he and his colleagues never fail to make it a pleasant experience. They went above and beyond to get me top dollar for my trade in. Found an issue with the vehicle after the purchase, and they didn't hesitate to pay to have the repair made. Will definitely be back again once the time comes.

I've bought from both small and large dealerships and honestly, 4wheels of foxlake was by far the best experience I've had. Gino was really courteous and genuine as well as very straightforward. I asked if I could bring the car I was looking at to my mechanic for inspection and he was more than happy to let me do so. He was very honest about the pricing and very fair and even made it to where my new car was worth more to me and gave my more for my old car than originally anticipated. Not only that but he was patient with me figuring out my financial situation (which took 3 days for me to sort out) and took personal interest in my job and events surrounding the company I worked for. Gino even insisted on talking to my insurance company to verify whether or not their Gap insurance was the same as the bank's gap insurance to make sure I didn't choose the wrong insurance (which was great because it turned out my insurances payoff insurance wasn't as good as the banks for nearly the same price). He also filled my new car's gas tank, paid to have it washed and even paid for a 2nd Fab for my new car. The fact that this business is family owned makes it all the more wholesome, his wife and son were both extremely helpful and both worked to make the purchasing process faster and smoother than you would find at a large dealership. His wife was even patient and understanding when I insisted looking over the paperwork thoroughly after having bad experiences in the past with other dealerships. Gino was even patient when it came to the loan approval, when one came through first and the second bank was still pending he offered to let me take the new car out if I had liked and even made me double check systems such as the lights, alarm and remote start to make sure everything was in working order while we waited. This family does everything they can to make sure what you're buying from them is something you will be happy with and make sure that it's working. Honestly before I even came in today to purchase I had already recommended one of my coworkers to come to 4wheels of foxlake and speak with Gino about getting another car. If youre looking for a new used car for fair prices and wonderful customer service, 4wheels of fox lake is my recommendation.

i talked to Rick a few years back when i was looking . i bought a piece of crap from someone else i was not happy ! well a few years down the road when it was my time again i always watched the reviews and the lot stopping now and again listening to word of mouth in our area . i have not heard a bad thing yet ! the tahoe i bought from them is in very nice condition and just what i have been looking for ! there were cars / trucks to fit any budget . What a pleasant experience buying from Rick at 4 Wheels! (actually everyone there was great...) It was my 18-year-old son's first car buying experience and we let him really handle the process. Rick was encouraging without being pushy. And he so was honest and fair that my husband and I really didn't need to step in to intercede.
