I would highly recommend European Cars of Williamsburg for any car purchase or vehicle maintenance. I recently purchased my second Mercedes from them. The benefit of working with EC of Williamsburg is their attention to detail and customer service. They inspect the cars thoroughly before they sell them to you. I actually ordered a car for my son but, when it arrived they told me they did not feel comfortable selling me the car due to its lack of routine maintenance resulting in a high repair bill to make it road worthy. Talk about honesty! EC of Williamsburg is a family business that takes pride in their work. For new car purchases, Helen is a joy to work with. She is very patient and listens carefully to what your needs are when searching for a new vehicle. On the service side, Gus and Chris have always treated me extremely well. The bottom line ? it comes down to doing business with people you trust and that is why I?ve been a loyal customer for the past 4 years!

Of all the car buying experiences we have had, European Cars of Williamsburg is by far the best. We happened upon this dealership by chance, and were immediately impressed by Helen Fotiadis, who greeted us so warmly and with genuine interest in helping us find the right used vehicle. There was no pressure whatsoever. She spent months searching for the right car for us, and then when she found it we were given every opportunity to truly feel good about the car before committing to the purchase. We have now bought two vehicles here, a BMW and a Mini Cooper convertible. Not only is the car buying experience a pleasure, but the knowledge of car service and conditioning this dealership possesses is highly commendable, too. We trust Gus (Konstantin Fotiadis), simply said. The service bays here are spotless. It gives you confidence in the precision and attention to detail they bring to their work. You can tell everyone at this dealership cares about what they do, and wants you to be satisfied.

Gus has been servicing both my Mercedes E430 and my daughter's Audi A4 for several years. His show room and service bays are as clean as you will ever find. I recently purchased a 2010 Mercedes C350 and the experience was exceptional. Both Gus and Marina are customer oriented as well as being fair and honest. European Cars of Williamsburg is a real gem in this area.

My wife and i had recently moved to Williamsburg from Massachusetts and had sold our second car before we moved. I performed a market search on to find an independant service to take care of our 2003 Audia A4 3.0 six speed. Gus the owner was more than helpful with taking care of our service requests. When visiting it was our pleasure to find European Cars in a well maintained condition. We were also surprised to find out that European Cars sold used vehicles and we found our new used car sitting in the beautiful showroom. Marina was helpful and provided us with a competitively price. We have been extremely pleased with our car and how we were treated by everyone at European Cars.

We recently purchased a pre-owned Mercedes-Benz from European Cars of Williamsburg. It was the best car buying experience we have had in many years. There was no pressure. We got all of our questions answered and they have a friendly, family atmosphere. We also toured the service facilities and were very impressed. Other dealers should be like this.

This dealership is an outstanding find for the quality of their cars, their expertise in car maintenance and repairs and the general trustworthiness and friendliness of the owners and their staff. I have purchased two automobiles from European Autos (a Mercedes and a BMW) after having had them handle our repairs for several years. Their cars are immaculate and above industry value, with a 90 day, 3,000 mile guarantee. For repairs, I cannot commend this dealership more highly! Their work is completed in a timely manner and their rates are very reasonable.The facility is spotless, reflecting the care and attention to detail that distinguishes this business, with state of the art equipment and a small, but highly skilled group of mechanics specializing in Volvo, BMW, Cooper, Benz, Audi and Porsche repairs; they also handle high end luxury cars like Lamborghini and Bentley. Most importantly, the owners and their staff are trustworthy, honest people who will provide you with accurate information to help you make an informed decision about your purchases and repairs.
