Bud's Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM

Chris Z was great! We came in, got right down to numbers, and didn't waste anyone's time. We were in and out within 90 mins and drove away in our new leased Jeep.

I bought a Ram truck at Bud’s and enjoyed the entire process. The staff was helpful and made sure I was fully satisfied with all costs. The sales representative spent time with me and my wife to demonstrate all functions of the controls. I bought at Bud’s because my other vehicles have been serviced there. I have always been treated with respect. Service fees have always been reasonable and service agents have never pressured me to spend money on unnecessary services. A great delership to buy and maintain your vehicles.

Showed interest in a truck was told deal pending soon as it was listed. Told I would be let known what is goin going on with the truck and nothing from them. Then they turn around and put up new photos of this truck after its been serviced and detailed. Till no response as to what is going on with this truck so I know to keep looking or go for the purchase of this truck. The people here really do not seem to care whether or not they are making customers happy and feel invited to the dealership. I would absolutely not recommend that you shop with this dealer after waiting almost a week with zero information on a vehicle im interested in other than we have a deal possibly pending and will let you know without a word now after a week. Go somewhere that the sales team once to and is willing to work with you on your purchase. So many better dealers around the area to help you get in the vehicle that is right for. Bud's is a joke they only care for their money not the consumer.

Could not have asked for a better experience. It was my first time dealing with Buds and I was extremely pleased with my experience. I would recommend Buds to anyone looking for a car.

He walked through all the bells and whistles our Chrysler Pacifica had to offer. Finally a dealership that cares about their customers wants and needs. Not always looking to get to dollar. Jorden went above and beyond. Will definitely go back.
