New Image Auto Imports

My husband and I purchased a vehicle from this business on 11/25/24 with cash. They issued us a title that was not the latest title, therefore we were unable to register the vehicle. We contacted New image and they indicated that they would contact the auction where they purchased the vehicle. We eventually received the latest title around 2/4/25. As a result we incurred late registration fees amounting to around $200. This business refused to reimburse for the fees which resulted from their failure to supply us with the correct title in a timely fashion. Very unprofessional customer service

Best experience ever. They went above and beyond. Totally changed my perspective if car buying. They were the nicest people to deal wuth buying a vehicle . I got my dream vehicle and they did more than necessarh to ensure my satisfaction.
