Good guys

Bought 3 cars from them in the last 12 years . Me and my mom still have the cars and all are doing fine . Especially my g35 sedan ..love driving it.

Horrible service. Don't buy from levitown auto

I have been looking for a car recently at Levitown Auto and found something I was interested in. I called before hand and set an appointment up with Robert who seemed very nice on the phone. I called and told him I would be late because I was making a couple extra runs at work and he said that's fine. Once I got there and asked for Robert he started on a rant saying if you called earlier I could have gotten this done and that done but since you were late I can't do anything now. I apologized three to four times to him about being late and we went to look at the car. Through the whole time he just seemed to have an attitude towards me and said this car is priced to sell so there is really no room for negotiations. Weird..... I though salesmen wanted to reel costumers in by being over generous and seeing what they could do for the costumer. The car was over priced and so I thought there would be some wiggle room. I told him I would call him back another day about the car. But before leaving he asked if I could drive him back from another lot because that's where he kept other vehicles that didn't fit in the lot out front. I agreed and drove him back and said I would call him about the car. We had a few phone calls back and forth where I said the car was too high and he went through his thing saying you can't find a better price on the car. The last phone call we had was him basically yelling and giving me more attitude after I gave him a pretty fair offer for the car and said that I was wasting my time with him. He said he had a customer with him, so he pretty much showed his true colors by yelling at me in front of his next potential buyer.... Real smart dude. He then said he could call me back when he was done with that customer and I said don't bother, you don't deserve my business or anyone else's in that matter. The worst dealership I have ever been to and dealt with. Robert is so rude and shouldn't be working for that place. I hope no one else has to deal with him and his arrogance. He should be fired for how he talks to customers.

2009 Ford Crown Victoria Police Interceptor

Robert is a pleasure to deal with. I didn't look at all the cars on the lot since my focus was on Crown Victorias but the rest of the inventory I saw looked nice with a variety of cars. The lot is a little tight but that just means there is more of a selection...Again, my focus was on Crown Victorias and the ones here were all top notch and the one I was lucky enough to purchase is simply awesome and VERY clean! I am very pleased with the car, was very pleased with the whole buying experience and have also made a friend in Robert. I will be back again...

Fantastic Deal!

I had a wonderful experience buying my Mini Cooper from this dealer. He worked with me from start to finish. I not only got a great deal on my car, but I got some really fabulous service from John, my sales associate. I highly recommend this dealership. I couldn't have asked for a better experience!
