Cathy Lester made this process very easy for me and my wife. Not once did I feel nervous about what we were doing. She has a great personality and most important of all, she has great customer service skills. I have been to many other dealerships in our area where I did not feel comfortable with their sales people and most of all, their management. Their sales people were very young and did not seem to know what to do. The worst part was that management did not pay attention to this young man while he spoke to us. So, the fact that they say “YES” was not an accurate statement to me. I have no problem recommending Cathy Lester and CBS to friends and family.

I had bought several used cars from this dealership in the past with no issues, but my last transaction was a nightmare! They lied to my face, took my car on trade, and then said they didn’t. Now I’m left with 2 car payments and they took the car and my keys! I have spoken with everyone, including the owner, and they are all covering their butts even though they know they’re lying. Should have went back to Rick Hendrick or Fred Anderson. Don’t deal with this sleazy company!
