not a satisfying Customer
Chris the general manager has promised me to fix a ding that they did at the dealership my car had problems from day 1 so bad that the dealer had to repair and repaint my 2017 wrx! The general manager promised me to fix the ding and it's been over a month and he has not called me in to fix my Veihcle Alexis Gomez remember me Chris?

Awesome people
Choosing the right car sometimes can be very hard because of all the different options and prizing. But, the vendor @ Bertera (Jose Teixeira) was very knowledgeable of all models and gadgets that really helped me to decide which one is the perfect car for me. He took his time to show me options and narrow it down. When I took the car for a test drive, he showed me all the safety gadgets my car has and how they work. once de decision was made, it was time to fix the money part which also was vey smooth and quick which I loved it... Before I went to the dealer, I took the time to search online different cars not only Subaru, but the information online is not as broad as talking to a real person who knows his business. So, before going to Subaru I went to a different dealer which did not give me the confidence on the product he is selling. Bertera definitely gave me that confidence

My First Subaru
I was looking for a reliable vehicle to help me commute to work. My grandmother bought 2 Subaru outbacks from Issa Daoud so she was very insistent I purchase from him as well. Instantly he remembered her and was so friendly and my anxiety about car buying was gone. He was extremely knowledgable and treated us like old friends. This was my first time in this dealership and my first Subaru and I am blown away by the car as well as Issa's customer service skills. Thanks so much again!

Fantastic Salesman
Keniel was an absolute pleasure to work with. Very professional, extremely thorough and accommodating. He took the time to explain the features of my vehicle and also the terms of the purchase. As a woman purchasing the car solo, I didn't feel intimidated or taken advantage of. I had some mommy duties to tend to causing me to leave the dealership for a few hours and when I returned, my new car was cleaned and placed on the showroom floor! Lastly, I received a follow up text from Keniel two weeks after my purchase just to see how things were going. World class dealership, world class salesman. Thanks Keniel!

Ripped Off
Stay away from these bandits. We bought a new Subaru From them a couple years ago and opted to pay extra for a replacement set of tires when the original set wear out. When the original set was due for replacement, they cited a technicality listed in the fine print, pocketed the extra money we had paid them and reneged on their promise to replace the tires. Valuing a few stolen nickels over satisfying an agreement with a loyal customer is a very unethical way to do business. We won''t be back there and you should avoid these thieves too. Purchase and service your cars with a more reputable dealer.
