Purchased an amazing car for an incredible price!

I am so please with the automobile these guys sold me. I did not pay a lot and have been given fantastic service. I hope my current car never dies but when and if it does I will tapdance back to this place to purchase another. Bravo!

Fantastic Experience

I worked with Bob in my recent purchase of a VW Passat. The experience was nothing less than amazing. He was honest and upfront about costs, and kept me informed throughout the repair process. They made sure the vehicle was in perfect working condition before I took it off the lot. I can't thank them enough for such a great job, and their honest approach! Thank you guys! I recommend them to anyone looking for a quality used vehicle from people who are not your traditional used car salesmen!

EXCELLENT BUYING EXPERIENCE

Could not be happier with the customer service of everyone involved at Riverside Motorcars, especially after a poor experience at a dealer local to us. They were down to earth and didn't pressure like most dealers do. And were able to discuss price & show us all fees & taxes involved, something the other dealer could never do for us. As for our 2008 Hyundai Elantra, we couldn't ask for more! Just over 55K miles, 5 speed and purchased below market value! Needs some minor body work, which helped put the car in our lower price range. It was quite a distance for us to travel back & forth to this dealer, but the quality service we received would keep us coming again in the future. Will definitely recommend to friends to family!

Riverside MotorCars

Joe was more than helpful with my purchase of a used car! Mark the salesman that helped me was anything but a salesman that you would stereotype. He made me feel totally comfortable and left all the decision making to me, with a laid back no pressure attitude. Huey in sales was very informative and helpful in all matters of the confusing numbers and DMV details that you normally would become frustrated or confused with. Mike in the garage was so nice and helpful with minor issues I ran into when dealing with any used car and helpful tips on preventive maintenance. The entire team was beyond honest, reasonable, and helpful in every way. Joe runs his business like a family and you become part of it when you deal with Riverside Motor Cars.

Great Nissan Sentra

Great Customer Service Service/Sales

I recently purchased a vehicle and well of course like all used cars they are not new but sometimes a issue arises. Well in my case i had a repair that needed to be fixed. Paul and the Team at Riverside no questions asked told me to bring the car in and they will take care of it. Paul kept me up to date daily on what is going on and what will need to be done. As of this morning Paul called me car is fixed and i could not be happier with the outcome. JUST AS A SIDE NOTE PATIENCE IS A VIRTUE If you show patience and let them do what they have to do i promise you will get the best quality in service and sales. Great Used Car Store

I recently was in the market to buy a vehicle and never thought i would end up in Naugatuck. I met with Joe who was from the get go straight forward and honest. The vehicle i bought outright and he even included a CarFax with no questions asked. I would recommend them to friends and family.

Great car buying experience

We wish we had come to Riverside first! We would absolutely recommend Riverside to anyone looking for a quality,used car. Everyone involved in our buying process was knowledgeable, helpful,fair and professional. We expected to buy one, but ended up buying two cars from Joe and couldn't be happier. The next time we need a car, we're heading right over to Riverside!

I love my Pathfinder

Phone inquiry

I called your dealership at 9:45 Saturday morning July 25th asking about an El Camino you had up on your web site that I was very anxious to look at and most likely buy. I told the person that represents your company that I was coming from New Jersey and bringing my mechanic with me. He told me not to come because the vehicle was in the shop for some major work, a mild cam and cylinder heads and dual exhaust to make the car a little bit more "cool". I then asked him if the work done on the car would alter the asking price. "it's not going to be any less, I can tell you that, I must have gotten 25 calls on that car". I mentioned that the car had been on the lot for 51 days, and that was when he told that they really didn't have to sell the car, thank you for calling, and hung up on me. Really strong potential sale lost because your company representative acted like a jerk.
