I came to the conclusion that everyone coming to do

I came to the conclusion that everyone coming to do service is just one more car, one more customer. There is never urgency and everyone lacks on customer service. No one cares, different sales person have different opinions on how much time the repair will take. Overall, I’m sure there are many satisfied customers but unfortunately I’m not one of them. Good luck!

I am not sure who Paul Schroeder is. Not impressed with Lyndsey. Never experienced this type of of service at Findlay and I have purchased several vehicles from Findlay Chevrolet

Findlay Chevrolet has been very good to me.

Findlay Chevrolet has been very good to me. I bought 4 cars and have referred 7 buyers all of them purchasing cars. The service department is also the best. Straight forward and no gimmicks.

Very satisfied

The reason I keep coming back to this dealership is the amazing customer service! Don Pagel is the best service guy there is! I trust his opinion and know he’ll take care of me every time. Adam in the sales department was patient and accommodating when I purchased my new car. Very satisfied and will continue to go the Chevy on Torrey Pines.

Each staff member friendly and knowledgeable

Assigned to Nathan to show me the availability of cars to lease. He was knowledgeable. Ask what my needs were to put me in the safest vehicle that had extras to make my driving easier. Best deal ever!
