Customer Service at it's finest

The main reason we keep coming back is because of Wayne. He lets us what the best car is for what we want. He is an ultimate Professional and he makes us feel like family. We moved into the Valley 2005. He has been our go to person. This time we asked him to set us up with a sales person. He set us up with Jake. Jake did an absolute great job. Unlike the HORRIBLE experience we had two years ago with Garrett (I hate being lied to over and over). We love both of our Premier Equinox. Jake explained things unlike what Garrett did 20 months ago. Jake took us on a test drive on our new Premier Equinox and explained all of the feature. If it was not for Wayne and the great customer service he had continued to provide us we almost thought of going somewhere else because of the bad experience with Garrett 20 months ago. Most important thing is we love both our Equinox.

Great service

A few months ago I came in for service. I had a coupon I brought in after-the-fact, Wayne said to have cashier give him a call to confirm/approve. He approved coupon even though I didn't realize it was from a competitor! I love this dealership! Been coming here for almost 13 yrs! I completely trust Wayne for all my service needs! ;)

Great Service thanks Wayne

This was my first time at Findlay Chevrolet. I have a 2004 Corvette which needed the passenger side window regulator and motor replaced. Wayne Smith was my service manager. He was professional and handled everything, took the time to answer my questions, and most of all I really felt I could trust that the work would get done correctly and my Corvette would be well taken care of. Everything was perfect, the work was done in one day. Everyone at the dealership was friendly, they have a nice waiting area and I was given a ride home after I dropped off my Corvette. I have found a place I can trust and will be back for any service in the future. Thanks, Russ Fish

Excellent sales and service.

Antonio our salesperson did an excellent job. He was very polite, respectful, courteous and helpful. Everyone we had contact with from sales , finance and service were very friendly and courteous.

Service at Findly

The service department is a great department to work with. There are really nice and they know what they are doing. There straight forward. I have been driving Chevy’s since the Saturn days. I have owned the family of Cruz since 2011. I now drive a 2014 Cruz. With a little bit luck I will be looking into getting a 2017 Volt or 2018 at the end of 2016. Since I have been treated great, that’s why I will be getting a Chevy.

Great experience

I would like to recommend Findlay Chevrolet, because of a very understanding staff that worked with both my son and I on receiving a fair price for the vehicle that I purchased. Me being an old school person that I was just getting my first new car, they were very understanding and gave me great service, making sure that I knew where all of the buttons were, and setting up my on star, and hands free devices. All in all, it was a very good experience. Thanks

Outstanding Customer Service!

Wayne Smith was helpful from my initial phone call through the end of my service experience! He personally took responsibility to make sure everything was taken care of and to communicate with me throughout. I started taking my Saturn to Findlay because they were designated as my service provider when Saturn closed, but I keep going back because of the outstanding service given by employees like Wayne!

I just bought a new camaro and had an issue. I called the service department and they got me right in, diagnosed the problem and got my car fixed. They are awesome! Thank you Ryan, Wayne and Russell, you guys are the best!
