Great Car

What A Terrific Car In A Very Long Time, I Have Been Purchasing Cars Over The Years, But Just Was Not Completely Satisfied Like I Am With The 2018 Chevrolet Impala Premier, This Is A Great Car.

It dont get any better

Done bought 4 cars from Findlay Chevrolet in the past 5 years and every purchase has been painless. We go in pick out what we want and out the door we go and couldn't be any happier. This is the only dealership I will purchase from cause they make us feel like part of the family and not a customer.

Great Help

I blew the engine on my '05 saturn and was really stuck in a bind. I have bad credit and didn't thiunk I could get anouther car. I was screwed. Jeff worked with me over the phone and on-line to work out a deal. He was alot of help. He even came to pick me up and give me ride to the dealership. The price was fair and Jeff and Mike were great. I will definitely be returning here when I need a car.

My sales and leasing consultant was Maxwell Eichbauer, a new employee with three weeks on the job. However, he was friendly, knowledgeable, and worked hard to make me happy and to complete the sale.I was impressed with everyone in the dealership, and was most pleased that when the negotiations started I dealt exclusively with Maxwell. Many dealerships send out a senior closer and the sales consultant is relegated to a spectator role. This transaction was not a high pressure negotiation but an easy negotiation with the usual give-and-take to meet at an agreeable deal. After we agreed to terms, Maxwell walked me through the dealership, introduced me to employees I would have to deal with from finance to service. Saw to the details of prepping my new car for delivery and assisting removing personal items from the trade in. Frank Ryan was friendly, thorough and professional and made the necessary paperwork a snap. He recommended a few modification to the deal that were very beneficial and I appreciate his efforts. MIke Chance did the vehicle tour, and Maxwell sat in as a learning experience. Mike was great and I appreciate his patience with me. I met his wife Kat on the sales floor and she was friendly and helpful in completing the deal. Finally, the man who approved the deal Jeff Neel was introduced and was like everyone else friendly and professional. Slim Stephens gave me his card and said when I needed service he would help in any way I needed. Great experience...good job by the entire Findlay team.
