So, this one time at Jd Byryder I thought I bought a car. Seems to me that when you buy a car that has deficiencies from the door the dealer ship should fix it. With the dealer ship sealing the car they should know that fixing it may cost money. When I took the car back to get fixed it was only supposed to a new windshield and and the inspection. Then I pointed out the trunk latch did not work and they found the input shaft was bad. So in stead of fixing it they game me the run around on parts and tryed to put me in a differnt car. I’m pretty sure I wanted the BMW or I would not have chosen it from the door. Oh yea did I meantion they put me in a loaner car that had headlight that where do dim you could not see and no horn and need an oil change, the gas gauge didn’t work and it was just a mess. It took two months of fighting with them to just get my money back and no car. So i highly don’t recommend this place to anyone. The GM was also very condicending. So my over reaction to this dealership is horrible. Thank you and have a blessed day.

Can't get anyone on the phone. It seems the only one their willing to help is the manager and 1 young women, sales rep. She went above and beyond to help my fiance and I get into a beautiful car, fix any problems it had. Job well done to those 2 ppl!!!
