I've never had a problem with this dealership. They always do my oil changes, and I haven't been disappointed. The staff, for what I know, is always nice.

I had an oil change there on 7/20/2024.
I had an oil change there on 7/20/2024. Have had no problems having my Equinox serviced there, until that visit. I started noticing oil spots in my driveway, had my son pop the hood on it and immediately saw the problem, the dipstick was not seated and oil was being thrown all over the engine and in my driveway.. not happy about that at all. Will call the dealership to speak to someone about this.

We brought our car in for problems starting it and a seat...
We brought our car in for problems starting it and a seat belt light that was on. We were charged $270.00 for separate diagnostic tests and got no answers. This is not an acceptable level of service and we shall not return.

Great Service Staff - Tom's the Best
Tom Dawson has been great to work with for our three GM vehicles 2007 and two 2008 models. The usual problems that crop up after a decade of service, these vehicles have basically been tanks, but when a part wears out or a diagnostic light flashes, Tom's always been there to provide trusted service and the quality we've come to expect from the Fitzgerald Group.

Worst Service Experience EVER
Purchased a used Corvette - horrible service - horrible repairs - sales consultant said he would come out and look at repair - he never did. We had to go back in and get him out. When he came out he immediately saw that the drivers door had problems opening. Then the excuses - mechanic had to leave early, we are re-organizing, etc. So they had me pick up my car as "completed" but never checked - it. The service consultant did not care. I was then told that I did not write up the description of the problem properly - the drivers door does not properly open - the service consultant was able to see that immedately. On previous visit they gave me a hard time about repairing 2 flaws in the leather console and door. Then they stuffed all the trash from the leather repair under my drivers seat. To "make up" for this, they gave me a "free" oil change which they then tried to charge me $80 for. When I picked up my car I noticed that the drivers seat had a lot of wear on the edge. I either missed it upon purchasing my "GM CERTIFIED" used car with FULL BUMPER TO BUMPER warranty or it had some cheap dye put on that wore off. They said it is normal wear and refuse to fix the issue. The car has 15K miles on it so I cannot understand how this could be "normal" wear. What will it look like at 100K? I even contacted Jack Fitzgerald about these issues - of course no response. I have purchased 4 cars from this dealer in the past and never had any issues but because of the way that the service department is treating me - I will never purchase another car from them and I am writing this review.

We found ourselves not only buying a new Chevy Equinox because my wife's car got totalted but less than a month later buying a used Nissan Sentra because my SUV died. Everyone was prompt courteous and professional. Jason went above and beyond to help us. Anyone would be glad to be a patron.
