No zero to rare my experience. Took a week to repair a collision sensor on a used Ford from a 3rd party body shop...instead of using Peacock Ford ACROSS THE STREET!!! Save a buck, but xxxx off a customer. Never again. Will tell others about this.

We used a trusted vendor of ours to complete work on the vehicle to save turnaround time. We held the vehicle for you during the entirety of the reconditioning work despite mention that you would continue to shop for alternative vehicles while worked towards resolution. Happy to address any concerns further at salesmanagers@hollerhyundai.com . Certainly no intentions of disappointing but rather correcting what became a known issue on the preowned vehicle. We hope you enjoy the 2016 Escape for years to come!
I took the car in for service where it was there for 8
I took the car in for service where it was there for 8 days and they charged me a diagnostic fee and said they had fixed the issue. The car stopped working 20 minutes later and they refused to refund the fee, Horrible service.

Bought a car a few weeks ago.
Bought a car a few weeks ago. Told them the car is going to Pennsylvania, so they need to send the plate there when it comes in. They agreed and we gave the address in Pennsylvania. They ignored our conversation and instead are sending to a local address in Maitland where the owner and vehicle are not there. They promised us yesterday that it was going to Pennsylvania, but apparently they lied for some reason. Now I can’t get in touch with anyone to fix the problem and the temporary tag is about to expire. I can’t wait to get the survey from Hyundai, and I will also leave terrible reviews on every review site possible. Do not we them. 5eu are nice, but unfortunately they are incompetent and refuse to fix their screw up’s. Don’t get me wrong. The car is great. The service is substandard. I’ve purchased over 20 cars in my life from luxury vehicles to economy vehicles like Hyundai, and I’ve never been treated like they’d don’t care if they ever see me again.

Feb. 12,2025, had my 2016 Hyundai serviced at Holler Hyundai as I have done in the past. Service Dept. does excellent quality work. The Service Rep. was Anthony Stochich , he is special, used him in the past. When I go back to Holler Hyundai next time , I will request him, he is smart, takes time to listen to you describe the problem, make suggestions that is needed and car is just like I want it. He is very good at his job.

I was promptly met by my Service Advisor, Ty. He patiently assisted me, explaining the various service options for my vehicle. Ty kept me updated via text on the status of my vehicle and assisted me in checking out after it was completed. The entire exchange was both friendly and professional. I plan to request Ty again on my next visit.

BUY A CAR, BUT DO NOT GET ANY SERVICE WORK DONE From oil changes, to high dollar repairs, this dealership will egregiously overcharge for work compared to market value, and the quality is sub-standard and only guaranteed for 12,000 miles. Hyundai seems to make decent cars, but DO NOT get any work done at the dealership. Find a good and honest mechanic, and save your hard-earned money.

I bought a new 2022 Santa Fe in 2022 when we got it it
I bought a new 2022 Santa Fe in 2022 when we got it it smelled like vinegar we asked about it and they said it was normal. Eventually, the smell went away. The car is not out of warranty, bumper-to-bumper and the air-conditioning unit started leaking inside the car. They told me that it was not covered under bumper-to-bumper warranty that the AC lines are not covered they fixed for about $200 and the vinegar smell came back again. I guess they forgot what?s in between the bumpers and what should be warranty things not underneath a warranty brakes, tires belts I understand that but the air conditioning unit that should be something under warranty
