We love all the people over at Auto Concepts. They are like our 2nd Family. So respectful, so understanding, they treat us like King & Queens whenever we enter their doors. The owner Mr. David is such a trustworthy man and concerned for all our needs. We love Norman A. so much, he always make sure our payments are what we can afford. He listen to us and what we expect as a suitable price and try his best to make it happen!! Mr. Joe hear us every time we put our request in for a certain vehicle. He has never let us down. He is so professional with us and always making us laugh. He understands the need of a safe, yet beautiful vehicle for our needs. We would go a life time spending our money with Auto Concepts. Came in looking for a cheap car, and they had a trade in that caught our eye. We wrangled over the price, and they ended up meeting us at a price both of us were happy with. A few glitches with the car, but it's 15 years old, so this kind of crap will happen.

From the moment my wife and I walked onto the lot we were warmly greated with smiles as if we were old friends/family.
