I highly recommend Knauz, after 20 years I switched dealers after the family sold the dealership and all the people I had a relationship with left. I have had my car serviced here for the past 3 years and had great experiences but was unsure of the buying process. Well I was pleasantly surprised, my sales rep Tisha Akulich went above and beyond with my wants and demands and had the patience of Job. I would highly recommend Knauz and Tisha as I hope this is the beginning of another 20 year relationship.

Awesome customer service received by Bob Geisheker. Will definitely will go to Bob again if I need to get another BMW. Maybe when I will the big Lottery winner :-) Drove my new x1 out of Knauz with relief feeling that I made the right decision. Thank you Bob for going above and beyond to made this happen. Everyone we ran into at Karl Knauz was friendly and helpful and made the experience of buying and trading in a car as painless and enjoyable at it could possibly be. We came to the lot not really intending to buy a car and didn't really have new or CPO cars in mind.. We walked the lot and saw a blue 2016 BMW that caught our eye. It was CPO but with very low miles. Rob from mini cooper was helping us at the time and introduced us to Bob Geisheker and he and his team took us all the way through the process from there. It was a bit of a complicated transaction but all staffers handled it professionally and efficiently. Great job by all.

I have purchased 5 S Class Mercedes over the course of the last 30 years, as well as numerous other vehicles for members of my family. This was the first time I purchased fron Knauz and it was the most pleasant experience I have had buying a new car. Josh Aleksich was our salesman and he was first rate-knowledgeable , courteous and responsive. Pricing was fair and haggle free. It is not often I give an automobile dealership high praise but Knauz deserves it based on this experience.

I came in on a Wednesday for a test drive with Lucas. He was leaving the next day for a weeks vacation so referred me to Bob Geisheker. I came in Friday to see Bob who was friendly and wonderful, it was nice to make a common Wisconsin connection as I had come down from Milwaukee to lease the car. Bob was very helpful, answered all my questions and made me feel at ease. Sam Picchietti also helped with my lease arrangements. Both were great, dealership was clean, bathrooms were clean, wonderful leasing experience.

I have dealt with several BMW dealerships in the Chicago area and there is a reason I travel nearly 30 miles from my home, past two closer dealers. Service is outstanding and the sales experience is unmatched. I have and will continue to recommend Knauz to my friends. This Z4 is by far the most fun car I have ever owned and was glad to continue the relationship.

My wife and I were looking for a car that would allow us to transport our son and his friends to all of his sporting events. We then scheduled a follow up for my wife and son to come in. Sam Greenberg helped us at the beginning. He made sure the car was ready and the A/C was on. They both were knowledgeable on the GL450.
