It was a real pleasure working with Sam Picchietti. His no pressure approach and knowledge of the product he is selling is second to none.

Worked with Matt Pudlo, agreed on purchase price, and the car was placed on hold for me. Matt was very knowledgeable, courteous, and professional, though he was not always responsive returning texts and calls. 4 days after our agreement I hear that the car was sold to someone else, and that someone else was the son of a friend of the owner of the dealership. I assumed this was a temporary mixup as any reputable dealer would not do such a thing. But I assumed wrong. Instead of honoring a commitment that was already made with me, the owner decided he didn't care and sold the car to his friend. This is just very bad, bad business.

I recently bought a 2013 E 550 Mercedes. The car itself is perfect. Did a nationwide search for this particular vehicle for the last full year and this was the best specimen to be found on the planet. Once I found the car I then made contact with Knauz. continental autos. This is where I met my new friend Peter. Peter went above and beyond for me. He sent me photos of the car and answered all and any questions I had from beginning to end. I live in Pennsylvania and they are in Illinois. Peter made me feel very confident and comfortable doing this. He answered texts after hours several different times. I cannot express how smoothly this went and when I received the card it was the cleanest I've ever seen. I want to thank everyone at Knauz Continental Autos, especially Peter.

Fabulous service in an incredible setting! The team (Ryan, Peter, Ben, Vijay) made me feel at ease and welcomed at all times. Their communication was spot on with me when it came to contacting me via email, text and or phone. They all were pleasant, professional and extremely personable. Ryan Herbig made me feel comfortable within moments. Ryan is easy to talk to, straightforward and listens to what you want without the big sales pressure. His industry knowledge and experience is impressive. I worked with my last car person for 30 years and now look forward to working with Ryan! Vijay Zaveri was very pleasant and efficient with the finance time. He made it as easy as financing can be. I am very excited to continue to work with the Knauz family. Peter was professional, courteous and friendly. I purchased my GLE580 on Wednesday and needed to go back on Saturday to go over some functionalities. He was just outstanding. He was equally nice during the purchase process!

This dealership had the 2024 GLE 350 I have been looking for after many months on the computer. The price was right, and Peter took care of me and had it shipped to me on 1/3/2025 in only a few days due to the holidays. I received the SUV on Saturday 1/4/2025 and noticed the floor Mats were missing so I called Peter and said he would get them shipped to on Monday.
