Just purchased a GLE 450. The entire process was extremely smooth and trouble free due to two people. Our sales consultant, Peter Polanski did a terrific job finding the vehicle that matched our specific expectations. Agreeing to the purchase price was a pain-free exercise. Peter presented the numbers upfront, including a specific line item breakdown, which allowed us to agree on pricing relatively quickly. When the car was delivered, Peter conducted a comprehensive tutorial regarding effective operation of all accessories, apps, etc. I can’t say enough regarding Peter’s attention to detail and ensuring that every question was answered. The other person that enhanced our overall purchased experience was Roxanne Peplow, who is the Knauz dealership Business Manager. She clearly articulated financing options that were available, along with supplemental car care programs such as preferred plus protection, and every day wear and mechanical coverage option, along with paint protection. Again, the entire process was smooth and very professional. I can’t say enough about the professionalism exhibited by the people at Knauz who helped us through this process.
