Where do I begin with this entire group of amazing people? Jesse was fantastic in getting the exact Jeep Rubicon I wanted. Brad took me on a great test drive and review. Dee was incredible in getting my paperwork in place. Cameron came dressed up with a tie and rolled up his sleeves and helped transfer my stuff to the new Jeep. Every single employee who walked past me said congratulations! We all know Brad is cool...but then...Dee steps up with her Dodge Ram beast....I mean... :) Anyway, couldn't ask for a better experience. I bought my first jeep there 5 years ago...now this is my second one. Thank you to the entire team in Prince Frederick.

Dropped my car off on Sunday. Was called Monday around noon to tell me spark plugs needed replacing. I had them replaced 2 weeks prior. Informed Sam of that. I had to repeatedly call to find out the status of my car and felt that I was aggravating Sam. Was told my car was ready on Tuesday night and came on Wednesday morning to pick up. Drove it 5 miles and check engine light came back on. Returned to dealership and was again greeted by an aggravated Sam. I again left my car and was texted by Jennifer that my car was being evaluated. I requested Jennifer to be my point of contact. She told me my car was ready and I went on Friday to pick up. Check engine light came on before I left the dealership. A mechanic named Leon relooked at my car and explained they would need to reach out to Jeep to reevaluate why the code indicated for the fix was not correcting the issue?.. I have to return my car next week after they get a direction from corporate. I was always very happy with my service and treatment as a customer from this dealership, but this time I did not feel the friendly customer service I was accustomed to receiving. As for the repair, I am trying to be accommodating because it may be an unusual issue. Will see what happens when corporate give them an answer.

Just had my truck serviced Jen was great in service got an appointment for 8:30 and was done by 10:00 did what was needed and did try and push any unnecessary items. Thought price was fair also
