They had really Great customer service at the door

The guy name was Alan was very helpful and patient during the whole process and help me with the car that I wanted to buy. He manage to work with me and also get the car payments to work out for me.

Great customer service

We had a great experience at Moss bros in Moreno Valley awesome customer service all around got in and found exactly what we wanted and walked out with exactly what we wanted Mario our sales guy was great

Excellent Customer Service

My salesman Mario was very helpful. I am disabled and walk with a cane. Mario got golf carts to get me around and pulled up vehicles so I could make a decision without undue stress. Excellent customer service from the minute I came in til I left.

Great service team

Great service team, oil change completed in less than an hour. Used Wave program bought with car, great benefit program.

2016 RAM rear electric slider.

The problem was eventually repaired. Seemed like a low priority, truck was left twice, the last from 8-5 to 8-27. Parts sent from detroit took over 2 weeks to arrive. MOPAR could take a lesson from Amazon.
