They listen to your needs and wants. They will try their very best to find that vehicle that you so much desire . The vehicles at Mullinax are top notch vehicles. I have purchased three from them. And I do not have a bad word to say about any of them . There’s no smoke and mirrors . What you see is what you get , upfront pricing excellent customer service . Ben Medina has been my sales representative for many many years . He’s extremely knowledgeable of their inventory sales and service.

Great service.

Great service. Friendly and kind sales representative. I was informed regularly regarding the status of my car. My original visit was for service and I ended up trading in for a different vehicle.

Ben and Dan were fantastic to work with and went above and beyond to help me find the right auto. Their patience and understanding were incredible and made this whole auto buying journey a joy. Underhanded tactics - Beware

We were sold a 2014 Nissan Sentra car that the tranny went out in completely on day 8. Worse, we were told by the finance gal that we were being given a 3 year 48000 mile warranty for free that we were then charged nearly $1200 for in our financing. When I went back in and questioned her about it face to face, her comment was 'well you paid a thousand but that tranny is going to cost $4700. That is not the point! We already had a dealer warranty given to us, we do not appreciate being sold a car with a bad tranny and then being tricked into purchasing a warranty (it appears they knew the tranny was going). It is bad business. And further, they would not assist in getting a rental car while we were there or setting up a loaner. Beware. They do not treat their customers as well as they say they do! I want to talk to the owners. We didn't even get a copy of our contract when we left. I left a message with finance to send it to me and they did not. I had to go in and get it. Finance denied getting the message I left on her voicemail.

Worst service dept and sales I literally hate them Completely clueless about any topic. Period. . Regret with every ounce in my being. ever buying this hunk of crap mach e should have gotten a Tesla instead. This car and dealership are a joke. Hate them all

Jeff was great, lots of communication all through out the almost year process of me trying to figure out what I want to finally ordering a vehicle to the waiting game. Ford it’s self is horrible. How are you going to tell customers that you have sourced all the parts to make their vehicle., start production and then for the following 6 months tell them it’s in a chip hold. Give them 3 different dates of delivery and miss both of them. How do you even say it’s shipped and miss the delivery date after shipping?? Ford really needs to get their xxxx together and do better for the every day consumer.
