Great experience
I had a great experience working with Spencer at Kuni BMW. The whole experience was fairly easy and I felt taken care of. Most importantly I didnt feel rushed during the test drive or when I had questions or potential concerns about the used SUV I was buying. He was super knowledgeable about the vehicle and took the time to show me how to use all the different features. The vehicle was super clean and nice, although it is 4 years old-my friends and family thought it was brand new. Signing the finance paperwork was easy and Shelby was very personable and easy to talk to. I will definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking!

JAY is one of the nicest dealer i've ever dealt with.
JAY is one of the nicest dealer i've ever dealt with. Very straightforward and honest. We came in looking for the X1 lease deal i saw on their website. He immediately tracked it down for us and we got to test drive it right away. He gave us the payment info which matched what the ad said online. There was no bait and switch or trying to convince you to take another car. We had an issue with a large down payment with the bank credit card and Jay was quick on his feet knowing we were pressed for time, he made a great suggestion to the finance team to take the remainder of the payment via phone the next day. Jay is super considerate, honest, and an absolute pleasure to work with! I would totally recommend Jay Meeuwsen and Kuni Bmw when trying to look for your next BMW. Awful Business!!!
Terrible, Awful business. Sold us a used car with great service record. Only 8000 miles later, the transmission went out. Took it to our mechanic and he could see the transmission had been worked on previously. Kuni never mentioned this to us and now we’re stuck with a broke down car after only 5 months. They did NOTHING to help us, would not return phone calls. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone!! Had better service on used car lots on 82nd!

Hi Jay. The vehicle purchased was one of our low-cost vehicles that are sold as-is without any warranty coverage. We performed a safety-only inspection on the vehicle and brought to your attention the chance that repairs may be needed. As part of the purchasing process, a disclosure agreement acknowledging the state of the vehicle was signed and stating, “Kuni BMW will in no way, at any time, be responsible for any repairs or the cost of repairs for the vehicles at any time after purchase”.
