The best thing about my purchase experience at Richmond

The best thing about my purchase experience at Richmond BMW was my salesperson Steve Lerner. We hit it off the minute we met and he made the experience of buying my X6 M50i the best car buying experience ever. He knows the x6 so well. All my questions were answered and then some! Great personality and very knowledgeable about his product. I will definitely be back as long as Steve is there.

They had my car for 3 weeks working on the transmission.

They had my car for 3 weeks working on the transmission. When I picked up my car and drove home it was leaking all over the place. Obviously, it was not fixed. I paid thousands of dollars.
