Knowledgeable and professional

The sell’s person, Dan was very helpful, cooperative and knowledgeable. He made the process very easy. The Yark BMW team were professional and easy to work with.

Home service

Yark BMW came & picked up my car in the morning & deliver it back home by 5:00. All the service was top notched. So easy & nice. Thank you! What a great service !

My experience purchasing through BMW of Toledo was

My experience purchasing through BMW of Toledo was nothing less than exceptional! My salesperson, Steve K., was relaxed and easy to work with. He let me know from the start that it was his job to make sure I was 100% satisfied with my purchase and he did not disappoint! Every question I had was answered quickly and accurately, and every promise he made was met or exceeded! The finance manager Brandon K. was equally as impressive. He worked with me to understand my needs and to provide me with the car at a great rate and a warranty tailored to my needs. The end result? An amazing car, at a great price and the peace of mind provided by a comprehensive warranty. And a big smile on my face :) I wouldn't hesitate to purchase from BMW of Toledo next time I'm in the market. They certainly earned my business and my appreciation as well!

BMW routine service experience.

Jim explained about the amount of time service would take, which included two recalls. Interestingly, when my car was nearly finished they sent me a video of my car on the rack and went over tire condition, no leaks, etc.

Don't waste your time

Don't waste your time over here they won't sell you. I was talking to Glen for a week asking about the car and the account to send money over. But no response just keeps telling me that car has a programming issue and is not deliverable and to let me wait. I have to call them, again and again, to find out they sold it 😂 what a place

We truly apologize for your experience and that it has led to you leaving us a negative review. Our goal is to give everyone the same opportunity to buy our vehicles, but the market is very competitive, which puts us in a tough situation. We do not take deposits or hold our vehicles, and sell them on a first come, first served basis. We have looked further into the communication and our finance team tried to reach out and left voicemails to go over the process. Good experience

Dan in sales was great. I live an hour away so I found the car I wanted online. We agreed to a final deal over the phone. VWhen I arrived the car was still available, unlike experiences at other dealerships. The car was also as advertised and expected. Great sales experience. The wait to get in for the finance and paperwork was a bit long and the personal information they claim they require for a cash deal seems out of line, but thet said that is a atate requirement jnnkrder to title so if true, can't hild that against them. Overall good exlerience and would purchase from them again.

Saved our trip

We were traveling and experienced car troubles. After calling 4 other BMW dealers,this one went out of there way to accommodate our needs and in a very friendly way
