Both Kyle and Bailey were really nice and very attentive. The service was provided quickly and efficiently. The dealership was very accommodating. The requirement of a 25 words response is a gross waste of time.

Typical outstanding service from Jim and John. Only suggestion is there is always a long hold time until service answers (not advisors but person answering connections from operator.

We were looking for certified BMW and located one here and although it was 2 hours away from us after speaking with Mason we decided to make the drive. It was definitely worth it!
