Estoy muy enojada.

Estoy muy enojada.no vuelvo a ir a esa agencia. Me hecharon mentiras. La vendedora gigi es una mentirosa. Me cambiaron mi carro premium por uno basico.me subio el precio y usaron mi gap para enganche sin preguntarme. Yo tenia el 3% y me subio a 9%. Me vieron sola y se aprobecharon de mi.

I bought my BMW in Houston and have it serviced there.

I bought my BMW in Houston and have it serviced there. The SALES agents for when you have to get an oil change ect. Are extremely aggressive. I was always explained the processes and put at ease by Olivia (no longer there) then Ana (no longer there) the men that work there are short and create a ton of up sales and when you don’t agree they get passive aggressive and threaten you with a hundred scenarios on how you’re “in danger” the scare tactics and talking down to customers with vehicles that cost under 45k is a living nightmare Yes I’ve seen them open doors and greet and take calls from the higher end clients

Had to travel a long way to pickup my new car the service...

Had to travel a long way to pickup my new car the service was excellent and the salesman were great, most of the business end was handled over my cell phone,all in all Avery pleasant experience

Terrible service. First you dial #3 for parts and they...

Terrible service. First you dial #3 for parts and they don’t send you to the “parts” department just a woman who puts you on hold or “takes your message”. You never hear from them first you have to be the one to call even when promised a call or text directly from “Vince” who’s supposedly a parts manager. I ordered a part from there 2 months ago and for the first month there was no record of it even though I had already paid. Had to wait the second month because they barley ordered it and even though they put it on “rush” it got here 3 weeks late when I was told it was only a 1 week wait. Please take your business elsewhere unless you have time to go back and forth for months with these people for a single part.

Dealership sucks

This is my second trip to this location, I paid over 600$ for service on my bmw M235i and these services include cleaning out mass air intake, changing oil etc. Not long ago I was driving my car and I started feeling my car jolt and I took it to autozone and they said my mass air intake was going bad. I said theres no way since I RECENTLY got service done. They opened it up and it was filthy, like nothing had been cleaned out. Also after my service before, My car was left filthy, the inside was filled with dust , spots and marks all over. Anyways, I called BMW to not onlt complain about the mass air intake but also to ask about the charge pipe pricing. I spoke to some guy name frank who had helped me in services before(also not the best guy to ask anything for) and They were supposed to transfer me to parts but hung up. I called back and three times and I never spoke to anyone again because it just kept ringing and ringing. Ive had enough of this dealership and they have terrible customer service and no regard for any help. Dont buy a car here and definitely do not get your car service here for sure.

Avoid this dealership if you're interested in a pre-owned car, the moment I agreed a price I was told everything was good then a day or so went past and I texted Mario who assured me it was being serviced, what a complete and utter lie. They sold the car and didn't tell me, I was willing to put down a deposit but they said nothing. If you want to buy a BMW go to San Antonio BMW. I will never buy from this dealership.

Totally incompetent

FAILED: To replace the disability plate on my trade-in with a disability plate for my new 2020 BMW Z4 as promised. FAILED: To properly register a clear title ( No Liens! ) with the DMV when the car was registered. This was the fourth new car purchased in the area in the last 10 years and the only experience I have regretted.

Great experience! Joaquin Fernandez was awesome and very friendly. Made the process so simple and found us exactly what we were looking for. they have great customer service..free car washes and even have pick up and drop off services available which makes it so much more convenient.

Awesome Expericience

Congrats to the entire service team at Bert Ogden BMW McAllen. The team is very efficient, polite and professional. I recently moved from another state and have an older model BMW but the staff continues to make me feel welcomed. Makes me even think about upgrading to a newer model, thank you Mr. Edson. Keep up the great work, I appreciate all the help.
