We bought a Jeep Liberty from Bill at Norm's and found the process simple, friendly and pretty much as easy as it gets. We had also opted for the warranty add-on fee, roughly 13 bucks a a month, and then drove away happy. 2 years later lightening struck and the engine blew on the Jeep. After little back an forth with the warranty company, the folks at Norm's , especially Billy and the service team, worked hard to get the repair done and left us with\ only a $100 deductible to pay compared to the thousands it would have otherwise cost. I would freely recommend Norm's to anyone in search of their next ride!

My husband was looking for a Subaru Baja and Norms had 3 to choose from. We went down and test drove one then we came back and I bought it for him. He loves it. Happy Husband and I don't have to listen to him complaining about his Ford Escape any more. Tom at the dealership was great - only down side was that the paperwork got slightly messed up and I had to come back and initial a change - no big deal though it took less than 2 minutes. Good experience with knowledgeable dealers.

Norm's was a great experience, from arriving on the lot to living with keys in hand. The staff was unbelievably friendly and helpful, at no point did I feel any dishonesty on their part. The clarity with which they answered questions and conducted business made the buying process smooth and enjoyable. I did not get a car at Norms, but it was no fault of theirs. Bill did everything he could to secure us a loan, and worked on it for several days. We give Norms an "A"for effort. When we get straighened out we will be sure to return to Norms

My experiance with Chris (salesman) at Norm's was excellent. With Winter coming and knowing I was going to need a more dependable vehicle I decided I wanted another Subaru. I had been looking for awhile and did check out other used dealerships, but Norm's whole team from the salesman to the service department answered all my questions and concerns and really treated me like I was important. It didn't feel like they were just selling a car, but making me feel like I can stop by anytime with any questions I may have. They couldn't have been nicer and since my purchase a month ago, my significant other has also purchased a used vehicle from Norm's. I would not hesitate to go back when I may need of another Subaru. I am also very pleased to have purchased the extended warranty. It gives me comfort for the next 4 years.
