I am just going to be honest here. My experiences in the past and the present are rarely good when it's time to buy a car for my wife or myself. I assume it's because I despise being lied to and I don't like when someone tries to take me for an idiot. I am certain nobody does. It seems like every time you go somewhere, it's just not an enjoyable experience at all. It's almost like you are paying for someone to mistreat you. Well, that's not going to happen at Jim White's. I am normally on edge as soon as I walk on a lot and immediately after meeting Rich and talking to him for a few minutes I could tell he was listening to me, he wasn't trying to talk over me and most importantly, he was straight with me. I took the car I saw for a drive and it was great. That was on a Friday and I picked the car up on Monday night. He communicated everything I had to do and made the process truly an enjoyable experience. I almost wish we needed another car so we could do it again. Thanks Rich !!!

My husband and I recently purchased a vehicle from Rich and it was truly an awesome experience for us. We live in Nevada, but summer in New York and needed to purchase a vehicle before we arrived. Working with Rich from Jim whites auto was such a amazing experience. Trust me I didn't make it easy all of our interaction was over the phone and email and I didn't think I would be ever able to afford a jeep like this and he made the whole process very simple and very easy. I just wanted to say a few words about my experience buying a truck at Jim White’s in Irving NY. I started my buying experience like most people online and let me tell you I looked at every truck in the area I mean every truck, it became an obsession you can ask my wife. LOL. I found Jim White’s website and called about a truck that was out of my price range but I really liked. When Rich answered the phone he was so helpful and honest with me, come to find out he owns the dealership he was not pretentious but super friendly and very helpful and being in the business for 30 years he was very knowledgeable and I really appreciated that. I called him a few times before going to see the truck because I had lots of questions and he was never put out and I never felt rush. Long story short Rich helped me make a deal on the truck that was out of my price range and I love it. If you looking for a vehicle call Rich you won’t be disappointed. 😃👍🏽

Rich was never pushy and always transparent. It's a rarity these days to find someone who actually wants to help and not just make a sale. I am impressed by his willingness to go above and beyond to ensure I was as comfortable as possible with my new purchase. This is the type of transaction that all should be based off. I can't thank these people enough. They helped me from beginning to end with everything. I was stressed out and looking to be turned away. Within 2weeks I drove away with a new used car that was safer than my old one.

Richard was very helpful and answered any questions we had. When we mentioned a few concerns he was right there to address them. It was a pleasant experience to purchase from Jim White's. My son's truck died while he was here visiting. He needed a new vehicle to get back to his internship in MA. They had a couple of trucks on the lot he test drove, found the one he liked and they made it fit his payment needs. They also handled all the paperwork with the DMV, bank and insurance company which was not a fun task at all! Not only that they got it all done in a day! I would come back and recommend them in a heartbeat!

Richard White and his wife Kathy found me the perfect car for my Niece April and her large family of 6+ children. I told Richard my budget and not only did he find us a Dodge Durango Citadel in wonderful condition with a clean Carfax, but we were able to purchase an additional 36-month warranty and still stay within my budget.
