What an incredible experience - one worth sharing- I had with Kalispell VW and Brian Eklund. I have been searching for a new car for over a year now and haven’t been able to find the right car and unfortunately had some negative experiences with a couple other local dealers. I was feeling a bit helpless until I saw someone driving an Atlas Cross Sport through town the other day and I really liked it. Upon investigating, I was stunned to see the 1.9% financing available at VW right now. So I drove over to the dealership and was so lucky to get teamed up with Brian. Honestly, it felt like I was working with a family member- there was no cheesiness or pressure. He was patient and genuine (and incredibly polite and thoughtful). Also, I genuinely don’t think he thought he was making a sale that day. He genuinely wanted me to be informed and make the right decision. After driving the Atlas Cross Sport and learning more about the car - I was sold. It brought together everything I’ve been looking for in a car, at a price point that was a good value and an interest rate that doesn’t exist right now. It also was the perfect scenario working with Brian (and the manager Gus who helped finalize things and also helped with a few special requests- I was impressed he listened and went out of his way for me). Best part, they delivered the car to my house the next day! You can see in the picture below, my parents used to have a VW bug so I’ve always been VW curious, but was hesitant about the price point. However, I had inflated the price point in my head and really feel I got an incredible value. VW also offers a lot of perks that don’t come with some other car brands. More than anything I wanted to share the positive experience b/c I was starting to think that didn’t exist with the dealers in this area. Ask for Brian if you swing by-he will make your day.

I just purchased a hard to find 2023 VW GTI from Kalispell VW and the dealer organized for the vehicle to be shipped to my home address... IN VIRGINIA! I dealt with Gus, the GSM and Brian my was my sales guy. The experience was absolutely excellent and rivals the best I have ever had. Everybody went the extra mile to make this happen so I have no hesitation in recommending the store and the people to anybody looking for a no hassle, transparent, and pleasant purchase.

We spotted our retirement dream truck, a 2022 Ram 3500 Mega Cab 6.7L Limited edition with less than 3k miles, on cars.com. Unfortunately we lived approx 1,000 miles and several states away from the dealership that had the Ram. After doing research and giving it some thought we decided to get more information on the vehicle. Cars.com immediately forwarded our contact information to Kalispell VW, the dealership that had the vehicle. Kalispell VW immediately reached out to us. The salesperson was Robbie Lackey and he was fantastic to work with. We had several “FaceTime” meetings including vehicle walk arounds with him and he answered all of our questions and concerns. We subsequently purchased the Ram and were given time to make arrangements to fly to Kalispell, MT to pick up the vehicle. All paperwork was complete by Ashlen Butterfield prior to our anticipated arrival date. Robbie volunteered to pick us up at the airport and united us with our new dream truck at the dealership. After taking possession of our Ram we had the pleasure of driving home by way of some very beautiful countryside. While driving home, Ashlen made sure that the necessary registration documents were forwarded to our local DMV office in northern CA. Robbie even checked on us after we got home to make sure we were happy with the Ram and that registering the vehicle in CA went well. This by far was the best vehicle purchase we have ever made over the years. Thanks Robbie and Ashlen for making this purchase happen so smoothly.

Best Car buying experience I have had! Brian Eklund was extremely nice and very knowledgeable about my vehicle and went above and beyond to help with getting me familiar with my new car. I drove over 200 miles to VW Kalispell to buy my new car and would do it again in a heartbeat!

Bought a car that, unbeknownst to me, was at one of their other locations. Immediately the sales rep, a nice lady, retrieved the car. I completed the purchase and went on my way. Everyone was exceptionally courteous and attentive. It was one of those rare car buying experiences.
