John at Kalispell Toyota was great. He is pleasant and he helped me find the perfect car and was not pushy at all. He helped me set up the blue tooth and apple car so I wouldn’t have to mess with it later. He is also very informative answering all questions The team there was quick and efficient during the purchase process. Robert was very nice and informative and had all my paper work in order.

I always enjoy going to Kalispell Toyota because of the great people working with a great product. ( and it’s dog friendly)

Brian, Cody and Scott were all terrific. The truck does have an issue that is getting resolved and I have no complaints. The service we received and are receiving has been excellent. We would absolutely buy another vehicle from these dudes.

Mike B, the salesman, was very easy going with no pressure at all. He explained the sales approach mandated by the dealership putting us at ease immediately. If Mike didn’t have an answer for us, he admitted it and found someone that did. He was honest and straightforward as was everyone else we spoke to. All staff were professional and courteous.

Good selection and excellent sales staff. We also do all our service work here and highly recommend them. Only issue is minor. Bought a used car there recently and only had a quarter tank of gas when we picked it up after hours

The employees we dealt with were extremely respectful, not pushy,had sufficient facts, courteous of our time/needs and wanting to please us with our purchase,, trusting, and loyal not only to their employer but also the customer..
