They sell you cars with stuff wrong with it. Then they claim when the finally fix it after multiple trips of being basically called "crazy" and say they did it out of " Generosity". Brakes, rotors, oil, a/c should be checked PRIOR to sell. When trying to leave an honest review on BBB, they act innocent and when leaving it on Facebook they WILL block you. (Real companies have bad and good reviews) they choice to fudge theres. They don't listen to the vehicle you need, they show you vehicles that are the exact opposite of what you need. When you tell them the vehicle has problems with it, you wait in the shop for hours, and then get thrown "free oil change" for the inconvenience. Went to another mechanic shop and had to pay out of pocket for things that were included in warranty and were told was fine.

We came to Consumers to see about trading our truck in for something more reliable. Although we weren't able to trade it in we were able to finance another truck that was in great condition. Consumers worked their hardest to find us a truck in our payment range that had all of the features we needed. We appreciate the fact that Terin, Vlad, and Amber (our sales rep) took wonderful care of us and cared about what we were looking for. They have a great selection of all kinds of cars. EV's, SUV's, trucks, sedans, vans, and crossovers. All of them were priced very reasonably as well! This dealership is the place to go wether it’s for a purchase, rental, or needing service on your car I can’t say more great things about this company the staff is incredible and really truly care about the people that come in they even reach out to you after you have purchased a car from them to check up on how everything is going just excellent customer service every time highly recommend !!!

If I could give them more stars, I would! First things first, Amanda in the service department is truly a gem. I had an old Ford that I took there for over two years. All the techs there were honest with me and went above and beyond to fix what needed to be fixed in addition to routine oil changes and state inspections. They were also more than happy to tell me when a repair could be put off for a while longer. I appreciate this because, as a teacher, every dollar counts and it was always nice to be able to save up for more expensive repairs. My Ford was falling apart and when it came time to replace it I went straight to CAW. Amanda, Tyler, and Tarin worked in tandem to help me find, finance, and drive off in an amazing Subaru! It was exactly what I was looking for. Tyler was a fantastic sales representative. He listened to what I was looking for and didn't try to pressure me into buying a vehicle I wasn't interested in. He definitely took the time to treat me and my son with kindness and respect. I felt very comfortable with him and I knew he would help me find the perfect vehicle for my family, and he did! Truly and all-star team at CAW, from service and sales to finance and detailing.

These people will sell you a car with their bumper sticker letting everyone know you just got screwed from a buy here pay here place cause your credit is swamped. Matters worse you will get ripped off with the most insane interest and hopefully you won’t drive off with a vehicle like mine the engine blew in two weeks and they refused to take responsibility. Guess what it’s not the finance company fault and they can’t take the junk back. Kiki Grooms really screwed my life over

We came in towards the end of the day and they quickly got to work on our needs. They found us the perfect car with a great monthly loan. They even stayed after business hours on a Friday to finalize our paperwork and make sure we drove away in our new vehicle that evening.

Deanna Smith at CAW helped me purchase my first car at a reasonable price and in great condition. The process only took a few days and I was very happy with the outcome. Despite being a used car, it is in excellent shape and should last me a very long time.
