I had the pleasure of working with Butch Lachenauer last...

I had the pleasure of working with Butch Lachenauer last year when I purchased a new super duty. He is the consummate professional and went above and beyond to get me the truck I wanted.

Buyers Beware- Be Diligent

Initial buying experience was pleasant. Had the used truck Pre-sale inspected and negotiated those findings into the sale of the truck. This negotiation included (but not limited to): changing of the fluids to the transfer case, front and rear differential, transmission and to have the breaks and rotors changed. These requests were pricy and all were agreed on with the sale of the truck at full price. After receiving the truck following the service and full detailing, we were very disappointed. The truck was given to us with very poor detailing. There was still food found inside the seat belt buckles and on the carpet, the headliner was filthy, the cup holders were not even wiped out...They did not clean the engine bay and there was debris/garbage left in the bed of the truck, as they didn't lift the cover to clean that either. Disappointed with the detailing, we brought the truck back for a redue on that service. The second time we got the truck back, things were improved but still lacking attention to detail. It was at that point we decided to bring the truck back to the pre-inspection place to have the fluids checked as out faith in the process was lost. It was then discovered that NONE of the fluid changes requested in the sale of the truck (around a $2,000 deal). We contacted the service department manager at that time. The service manager followed up with us and told us that none of those requested items made it on the ticket of sale for the service department to complete. They were able to get the truck in right away to complete these services. I am disappointed that it took continual follow-up for us to receive the quality of vehicle and service we paid for. Worried about others who do not have their vehicle inspected and just assuming the job was completed as it was promised to you.

These guys flat out lie. After finding a truck online, I...

These guys flat out lie. After finding a truck online, I contacted Lithia Ford in Montana. I asked salesman if truck had been in accident since price was lower than comparible models. They told me no. So my wife and I set out on a 500mi round trip to purchase vehicle. When we got there I noticed truck was very dirty underneath. It only had 3300 mi on it. Sales mgr AJ told me truck was never in an accident and had a multipoint inspection prior to sale. After returning home from 500mi round trip, I took it to my mechanic to look the truck over. First thing he saw upon putting truck up on lift was missing skid plate bolt. Then he showed me bolts on bumper were stripped. Meaning bumper had been removed or repaired. So why wasn't this disclosed? Upon further inspection from fender gaps were not the same. I called AJ and he said truck had been repaired by reputable shop. Wait, I thought truck was not in accident or wrecked before??? AJ stated he would send a bolt in mail and said "you got a great deal". I said if truck has been wrecked is it really a great deal? After going back and forth he asked if I wanted to return truck. It's a 500mi round trip and I am a veteran with 3 major spinal surgeries and colon removed so I said no, I am not driving 500mi to deal with this. If it was in town truck would have been returned. I also asked for hard copies of sale since we wrote a check for 41k. Never received bolt or hard copies and never got another reply from AJ. Do not trust these people. I am very disappointed that I got lied to and believed them. I would NOT recommend Lithia Ford! Typical stereotype: lying car salesman.

I needed Butch’s help straightening out a problem with repairing my new truck. His assistance was everything that could be expected and more. As I have said before he is a good person and a conscientious and professional salesman.

From my first contact when initially speaking with Ryon...

From my first contact when initially speaking with Ryon Johnson casually about possibly trading my 2017 F-150 in for a new truck to meeting Butch Lachenauer and then finally Dale Sparks, the whole experience was terrific. Butch did a yeoman's job of finding a match for my 2017 as far as features and showed how a salesman should conduct himself. The entire experience with everyone I mentioned here couldn't have been better. Lithia should be proud of these employees! John McTear

Quality of salesman

Butch Lachenauer gets a 5 Star review from me for being a friendly good listener, showing me quickly what choices were available on the lot or via a to-be-manufactured truck (150) and communicating effectively once the car was delivered. What more can one ask? You are lucky to have him on the staff. Mark Patterson

Purchased a Used Vehicle with Premium Extended Warranty....

Purchased a Used Vehicle with Premium Extended Warranty. What a Waste of Money! Check Engine light came on,took into Service, They charged me over 118.00 saying couldnt fix 4 Codes. Bryce said he will make right. We will see. Totally Angry. Next time I will let the Engine Blow up and they can retreive it. May not purchase here ever again!
