STAY AWAY! Bought a Nissan from them and paid more for fixing everything than I paid for the truck itself, all within a couple of months of purchasing. Bought their crappy warranty and didn’t hit the 30 day and 1000 mile waiting period and had to replace the transmission, radiator and thousands and thousands of dollars out of pocket. Haven’t even put 2000 miles on it and engine light on again! Should have researched before I bought here, but I assumed that they are a reputable dealership, but I was wrong. Run, run, run away!

Just bought a 2017 Impala at this dealership. Kenneth the salesperson was real easy to work with and I would recommend him to anyone.

I drove0 1 1/2 hours to get to the dealership to look at a Jeep. They knew I was coming. When I got there the Jeep was not there. I was then told it would be there in 20 minutes. I waited 20 minutes...then 40 minutes more. No Jeep. He tried to blame me for the problem. He tried to call me, he said. Nothing on my phone. He kept blaming me for the Jeep not being there. He said the Jeep was being repaired at a tire shop, and was 20 minutes away. I waited 20 minutes more. Then I asked< "Where is the Jeep?" He said it was getting fixed. He again blamed me for the Jeep being missing. I waited over an hour and never saw the Jeep on the lot. I then went to the repair shop. It was still in the repair bay, with no evidence it had ever been repaired. Needless to say I dd not buy a car from them. They will lie about everything and blame you for the problem. Stay away and spend your money somewhere else. They will lie to get you there and keep you there. I wasted 4 hours in travel time and waiting time. Don't listen to them.

I was interested in a certain pickup up I and to be exact the salesman was Dustin he said he would contact me when it arrives back from the garage something about the brake light or something else in that category well I wasted my time going by there I’ll never do business with them at all . I don’t recommend Hoyle auto sales no wonder Dustin was given a bad review.

We bought my son a 2011 Land Rover. We drove it home and the very first time he opened the moon roof it made a horrible grinding sound and would not close all the way. Now we have to worry about the car being rained in every time it rains. I texted the salesman and got a response to spray some silicone on it. The. He drove the car a week probably less than 50 miles and it left him stranded on the side of the road. It sat in the garage for 2 weeks. We put a new battery in it and he drove it another week and now it won’t start again!! This place is horrible!! They were In such a big hurry to take our money and we have not even been able to put 100 miles on thr vehicle because it won’t run. We paid WAY to much money for a hunk of metal to sit in the garage😡.

I recently bought a '97 chevy k2500 from Hoyle and so far the truck is as it was advertised. My salesman Dustin Houston is awesome. Very personable. He actually drove an hour from his house to pick me up near the airport and another hour to the dealership to finalize the deal. Great truck,great dealer, very nice selection of vehicles. I will definitely purchase from them again if the need arises.
