Not impressed AT ALL. Bought a 2012 Chevy Tahoe former police truck from them. Since the purchase round about 2 months ago ive had to replace the starter, the AC fan, have had multiple ongoing electrical issues some of which still arent solved and now the transmission is out. My rear door locks dont work, my service airbags light is on, the key fob no longer works and neither do the TPMS sensors and its currently in the transmission shop undergoing transmission repairs. Fan cost was $289, Starter was around $300 Electrical issues are at over $2,400 and counting, and he transmission repair is costing $4,238. So all in all so far im out well over $8,000 in repairs so far on a vehicle i paid $3,000 down on a $10,500 note that im now stuck not only doing EXTENSIVE repairs on but having to pay a car note on a trash vehicle as well. All this within the 2 months ive had the vehicle. I have sent multiple emails to them regarding this with absolutely no response whatsoever. No sorry, hellos, F Us nothing. Not a happy camper. And not all all impressed with thier service, or the trash vehicle they sold me. Buyer beware. These guys dont give a crap about you, your vehicle or any future business. Youre way better off skipping this place altogether. Bad business. I am in the process of setting up a lawyer for a lawsuit. Bottom line. You can find better vehicles and service at the local junkyard. Absolutely ridiculous. Beware. They also have at least 2 more of rhe police tahoes from the same department in stock, in even worse condition, ready to sell to the next poor clueless soul. DONT DO IT.

Quality service
I have always been met by friendly and courteous employees who do an excellent job. As far as I am concerned, this is the best dealership around and I will continue to use them.

What a Gem!
Recently I was assisting my sister, who has never bought a car on her own, with finding a nice used car and securing the financing. On a friends recommendation to stop and talk to a friend of hers who works there, Mike Pounders, I did so and couldn't imagine having had a my sister buy her car anywhere else. I explained my sisters situation to Mike and it was a bit challenging, I knew that. Somehow, Mike and the staff at Clifton Chevrolet managed to get her a nice, dependable vehicle with financing that didn't break her. The entire process only took about 2 hours! They were wonderful. Very understanding and accommodating to her needs and very careful not to try and bring her down because of her less than perfect credit and lack of cash down. Everyone at the dealership were very friendly, talkative and helpful. EVERYONE. Because of the level of care and understanding and the huge efforts to get her into a car (something she thought she wouldn't be able to do by herself without a co-signor or huge down payment), my sister now has a new sense of empowerment and knows that things aren't always as daunting as she thinks and some things she thinks are too huge of mountains to overcome, were really just mole hills all along. My husband and I live in Houston, quite a drive to Corrigan, but have decided that next time we're in the market for a new car, we will definitely make the two hour drive to Clifton Chevrolet. Thanks so much you guys!
