Once the credit was approved my truck should've been sent
Once the credit was approved my truck should've been sent to be washed. Living 1.5 hours away gave me no time to wait another 2 hours to have it washed. Sales rep should be aware of this and get vehicles chosen washed ASAP.

Stay away. Can’t get an answer. Ran credit multiple times. They have an event but dealership can’t find your info. So called roadshow crews. Now being ghosted. So where did my information go then? Called and was rude too from the girl answering the phone. I have every right to be upset when they can’t call back.

Every person I dealt with at this dealership lied to me.
Every person I dealt with at this dealership lied to me. They were comfortable constantly lying, as though it was just another day. When I called Chevrolet they said that they're an independent dealership, and can't do anything about them lying. Apparently it's pretty common.

If you want to be treated with courtesy and respect, avoid Donny Sertain. Last week I was rear ended in a total loss in my 2024 Kona. I am trying to go back to college so I wanted to see my options for a lower payment. He showed me a 2023 Trax which I liked but it was smaller and didnt drive as smooth. I wanted to take time to think on it. When I said it felt small he said "Bro, you were driving a Kona," and had mean look in his face the whole time. (The kona cabin was way spacier) Then he tried to argue with me and belittle me before waving his hands down and walking away from me. I asked him if he was in an accident and he said no. Clearly, he has no idea what I am going through and doesn't give a. No sympathy. I can't imagine treating someone like this.

Super Happy with All American Chevy
Hi. I needed to have some minor body work done on my 2016 GMC Canyon. And I was very happy about the whole experience. From thier getting the estimate ready. And filed to the overall repair process. Even though it took a little longer than I had hoped or expected, it was worth the wait, they even addressed a couple of small things that were not on the repair list. ( bent rear fender & a rubber door seal that was going bad. So they Really went above and beyond what most other shops would do. They pretty much kept me informed about the progress and about the delays ( not thier fault) the staff were super friendly and helpful. So Again Thank You guys and Gals for the superior service.
