Only problem I have with the dealership is the service department. They have a bad habit of coming back after an oil change and saying they some some parts that are “the worst the have ever seen” and when you get it home and jack up the truck, it’s fine. Recently brought my truck in to get an alignment. Of course was told it couldn’t be done, “the inner tie rods are bad” and it would be about $150 to fix it. I was skeptical, so I brought it to a ma and pop shop in Marquette, with out telling them what fox said. Called me an hour later and told me the truck was done. I asked if they ran into any problems and they said nope, everything went smooth, front end looked good. After talking to an employee at fox, they had every excuse in the book. I explained how I paid them money to essentially try to align it, and fail, then I had to go pay $65 to someone else to along with it. And I told them if I would have trusted you, I would have paid almost $300 dollars. His response was “no it wasn’t that much, it was only $150 were charging to fix the tie rods”. I couldn’t seem to get through to him that there was nothing wrong with the tie rods! And I didn’t have to pay them to replace them! Just not a good experience at all.
