Edgar was great to work with!

Edgar was great to work with! He went above and beyond to make sure I got the best deal and even delivered the car to my house and picked up my trade. everyone I worked with were friendly and helpful!

My experience with Sid Dillon (Crete) was absolutely

My experience with Sid Dillon (Crete) was absolutely OUTSTANDING!!! The words honest, professional, and accommodating wouldn't do them justice! I traveled via air from North Carolina on a Saturday to purchase a vehicle and what could go wrong did go wrong with my flight. Although, I didn't make it to the dealership during normal business hours Dan and his team went above and beyond to close the deal that day! The vehicle was in excellent condition as advertised and drove amazing, 1285 miles back to NC. Dan, Owen, Forrest and Tim (driver) thank you!!!

Our sales agent, Edgar, was great. He was very informative about the truck and listen to our needs. Adam the finance person was good but too pushing on trying to get us to purchase the extended warranty. The facilities are old, dated and could use some significant up grade. Overall, our experience was great.

If you buy a used vehicle here they don't disclose any

If you buy a used vehicle here they don't disclose any issues that they found they just clear all codes and sell it. I wasn't very pleased when I found out it needed a new catalytic converter two days after I bought it

Ford F150 Purchase at Sid Dillon in Crete, NE

The sales person (Edgar Alarcon) at Sid Dillon was first of all a good person and professional. He was knowledgeable of the truck and pointed out the good points as well as 2 items that needed addressed. Scheduling of the truck for touchup was at our convivence. Great job Edgar! The young man in finance was also professional, He was not reserved and truthful in all matters.

I was very happy with my experience with Sid Dillon in

I was very happy with my experience with Sid Dillon in Crete, NE. I sent an email to Adam Raun, the Sales Manager, explaining why I was looking for a vehicle and what I was looking for, including price range/monthly payment goals, etc. He replied almost immediately and included Homero Quinonez on his reply and explained that I would be working with Homero. I then received an email soon after that listed 7 possible vehicles that matched the description of what I wanted and asked me to select my top 2-3 and set a time for test driving them at my convenience. Since one of the vehicles was on another Sid Dillon lot in Wahoo they needed a day to have it in Crete for me, which they did. I test drove my top two choices and selected the one I wanted, and then set up a time for the next afternoon so that my wife could join me in seeing the vehicle and jointly make the purchase as we always do together. Just yesterday I took the car in for my first service call: an oil and filter change. It went just as I'd expected and I will continue to use them for my car's servicing needs. Top to bottom and in all facets it was as good as an experience as I've had at a car dealership. I wish I could remember the finance person we met with to finalize the sale because he also did a great job in the one area of car buying that I have never enjoyed. Highly recommended.
