price given over the phone was not the price they tried to charge me. when they agreed to service my car for the price i was given they came up with additional work that needed done before they could align it. the labor charge made up for the price. I discovered they aligned the car with a broken spring on the front so I had to replace the front struts and get another alignment. Then they charged me another $100.00 to align it again. then the service manager couldn't face me and the mechanic tried to argue with me about it. they will never see me again and yes this is why i hate dealers

Never go to sims.. Took for check engin light.. Tried to say motor blown... Went to pick up with flat bed for 2nd opion.. Got in to put in nutral car started right up... Runnin perfect... Theives and liers.. Worst place everrrrrrrr

Uselessness
Took money before anything was finalized. Told was regular practice but know it isnt since cousin used to sell cars. Besides not my first rodeo so know the drill. Thanks for wasting my time and money

Decent Dealership
The dealership was very responsive in reaching out to me about a used car I had inquired about. They set up a time to come see the vehicle the next day and were very flexible in seeing me close to closing time. Overall the dealership was ok, but the used car building definitely was not as nice as the Buick GMC dealership building. Overall they were quick with responses and although I didn't buy a car through them, they assisted me well in all my questions.

Not impressed
We purchased a Buick Cascada from this dealership. The salesman was a new hire. Tried waaaayyyy too hard. Mr. Simms walked past us AT LEAST 6 times. Not one time did he speak or even make eye contact with us. Bought the car on employee discount. Battery was dead the following week. (I realize not the dealership fault) but I called thinking they’d send someone to my house to repair or tow- nope, I had to have AAA tow to them. The service manager was rude and disrespectful when I called - said not his fault. This was a totally different than we’d ever had at a dealership. Won’t be purchasing from them again.

DUDE LOOKING FOR A TRUCK
THIS DEALERSHIP IS VERY GOOD. NO PRESSURE, THE SALES AND MANAGEMENT HAD ONE INTENTION... TO FIND ME THE TRUCK THAT WOULD FIT MY NEEDS AT A VERY GOOD PRICE. EVERY PERSON THAT I MET IN THE PROCESS WAS PERSONABLE AND PLEASANT. I'D RECOMMEND ANYONE LOOKING FOR A VEHICLE TO VISIT THESE CATS. LIKE THE WAY THEY ROLL!

I had an emergency repair on the driver's side door handle. It had broken as I tried to enter the car in the morning. I drove to the dealership and found them 'swamped' with a very very busy day. None-the-less, John Camaneti, as usual, worked some service department magic and got the car repaired in a couple of hours. Great job to John and all the folks at Sim's Buick. I also noticed that they worked with every customer who was there, not shorting anyone because of my emergency. They are a great team!

Great Experience
