My Wife and I Emailed the Dealership about trading in our Lexus for a Terrain.To my amazement I was contacted within 2 min of hitting the send button. We were prepared to cover our negative equity with cash in hopes of keeping our payment where we needed it. I was suprised when Keith Chandler said that the dealership would payoff our current loan.. We ended up lowering our payment so much that we bought a second GMC the next day. We are Def Sims Customers for Life. Thanks again Keith Chandler!!!

I had fear when thinking of looking for a new car by myself. I always had a dependable husband who was my guide, the guy I trusted. He past away last year. Just purchased our second Nissan Maxima plus have leased two Altimas from Sims Nissan. First and foremost we love the cars. Second we really appreciated the manner in which the car buying/leasing process took place. My wife recently had knee surgery and the salesman was nice enough to drive the Maxima to our home for her to see.Our salesman(Keith) was most helpful and knowledgeable and the finance department got us through the paperwork in a timely fashion! As a Senior, I have purchased many new cars in the last 50 years. I must say that my experience with Sims a few days ago was my best ever. My Salesman, Greg, quickly help me found the right car and made the purchasing experience easy. The deal was transparent and the numbers Greg quoted are the same numbers on the final paperwork. I got a fair price for my trade-in according to the online Kelley Bluebook. There was no high pressure. My experience with the finance guy, Bob, was brief and pleasant. There were no mysterious new numbers and everything was transparent and hones. My new Murano was perfectly prepared. This has been my best car buying expreince and I am very pleased.

Shopped online emailed sales rep. They returned my email the same day. Went to dealerships they located the exact car that i wanted they had it shipped the very next day.They made sure i got all the incentives that were available. They shopped for the lowest interest for me and got the highest trade in for my car than any other dealer was willing to give. Saw this truck in the lot, exactly what I wanted. Everyone in the Dealership was friendly. Buying process was great and very fast. I had already purchased a Jeep a year ago from Rick Jelley, salesperson, and won't hesitate to buy from him and Sims Auto Park again! A very good buying experience.
