Unable to fix problem

For the past 9 months there have been about 6 times my vehicle would not start... I would have to have it towed in. The service department would return the vehicle to me and report that it was "working as designed." A week or a month or two months later, the same thing would happen...unable to start or turn over engine..call the tow truck again. I did not dare take the vehicle out-of-town and was never sure it would start. The warranty expired one month ago. This week they believe they found the problem and replaced fuse panel, and of course charged me for it. I have now idea if it is fixed or not. I traded it today.. No more GM for me. Enough is enough.

I have been extremely pleased with the service provided to me. Everybody I worked with was very helpful, easy to understand, efficient and friendly the entire process. Thank you for making car repairs a pain-free process as possible!

Kevin in Service was professional,friendly & efficient.

I was impressed with the efficiency and friendly handling of my power steering problem. Kevin in Service made it a good experience and handled everything professionally. I was again impressed.

Service

The only dealership I've never had to return my vehicle for poor service. Servive rep Robin does a fanastic job of meeting my needs. Tech Jeremy does oustanding work and answers all my questions. Karl Chevrolet of Iowa even mentioned that Luther service quality is well known.

Disappointed

Less than pleased with my recent used car purchase. I specifically asked if there were any concerns or issues with the car. I was told no issues and the vehicle was reviewed by the service department and Luther only sells quality used vehicles and is very selective when it comes to used vehciles offered. Approximately two weeks later the AC started grinding away... Cost for the reapir $1,300!

disappointed

we purchased a pre owned certified vehicle 18 months ago. It came with extended warranty so when the driver side seat started coming apart thought it would be included in the warranty as I believe it is shoddy workmanship but instead they said interior was not covered though about 6 months ago they had fixed other interior defect and it was covered......so as you can imagine we were both shocked and hugely disappointed
