I went in to buy a pick up found the one I wanted.
I went in to buy a pick up found the one I wanted. The check engine light was on test drive. Not a big deal was injector said they would fix it. As I go to pay for the truck. My original sales guy who was busy sent me to to others to finish the deal. They were trying to get me to sign on a more expensive truck that I never ever saw. Tried to explain that to them they called me a liar and the other sales men a liar. Then realized I was right but proceeded to be very rude. To the point my girlfriend and I walked out. I loved the truck first sales men was great sales manager was not nice and very rude. The other sales lady was not very nice. Lost my truck for a 1/2 hour and left us standing wondering what was going on. Luther lost a sale and repeat bussiness

Salesman was fine.
Salesman was fine. Will never do your closing thing again! Mark was obnoxious and didn't know what he was doing. It was a cash purchase. We give you the funds, you give us the title. It took him 2 1/2 hours! Never again

Communication fail in usually outstanding shop
Requested service to a Sierra 1500 was screwed up. Service Writer (SW) was given an initial list including marker lights, tire pressure sensor and interior air filter. Visit ended with a $2500+ bill for front brake pads, calipers & rotors, rear brake pads and rotor turning, new tire stem and my clean cabin air filter put under a mouse nest. By later that day the tire sensor questioned failed. Phone conversations with the SW kept me advised of additional work needed and how repair errors caused parts to become inoperable. Work and parts were approved during these calls from the SW and a discount was requested for the repair error, $100 was credited on the bill. Upon returning home, I discovered the air filter and tire sensor issues. A subsequent call to the SW arranged for a follow-up visit a day later. This seconded visit seems to have resolved the issues. It was noticed that the repair tech's were different for the two work days. The SW was professional in a very stressful pair of visits for me. This situation was totally unexpected for what had been a very reliable and trusted dealer. They lost a bit of that trust for me.

Exceeded our expectation as we had an appointment to get
Exceeded our expectation as we had an appointment to get new tires on Tuesday , the tires came in early and we were able to get our tires done on Sat , Tyler made it happen for us and we appreciate it so much as we had a flat tire that Sat and would have went without a car til Tuesday. It fell into place for us , thanks to Tyler
