From the first inquiry I sent Bokman through cars.com, their Internet Sales Manager was professional and knowledgeable. He called my wife back and discussed the vehicle we were interested in. He was eager to help get us into our next vehicle but wasn't "pushy." We drove from over an hour away, and were happy to find the used vehicle was exactly what he told us it was and there were no "games" (unlike the vehicle we had gone to a large dealer in Buffalo to see). They worked us a very fair deal and got us on our way quickly. Their finance guy was able to get us a lower rate than we had been approved for at our own bank. They took care of the financing, registration, and insurance. All together it was a very easy process with no hassle. I would definitely recommend these people to anyone in the market for a quality vehicle.
