I was in the market for a used vehicle, and needed to get one quickly. Also I needed to finance it with affordable payments on a tight budget. My trade-in wouldn't pass inspection, and wasn't worth the cost of repairs. I made an appointment with Salesman Jim Connolly. He took the time to understand my whole situation and found just the right car for me, at a price and payment I can afford.

Mislead
Looked at a Traverse sounded good on the phone but I live a quiet a bit away from them. We started to mike the deal and they blue booked my trade for 2 grand less than KBB, I asked why and they sent me the KBB sheet to so me their price to find out the price they gave me was two wheel drive and mine is AWD. I pointed that out and the salesman said they booked it right I was mistaken. After going back and forth he admitted trying to low ball me on my trade saying that way he’s sure I was serious about buying. Dishonest I will never buy anything from them and all should be ware, check your values and don’t go by what they say.

Buick Enclave
Shopped for a car I would love and my salesman quickly showed me why I'd rather have a Buick by pointing out the many features. Seating was comfortable (driver and passenger), the handling and turning radius was what I was looking for.

All Around Great Experience
Josh and Ryan were great helping us get the exact Acadia we wanted. I tend to be pretty fussy but they hung with me and found us the used Acadia that had everything we wanted. People in service are extremely friendly too. Comfortable, modern facility. And the BEST coffee! Weirs will get my return business for sure.

Watched a customer get accosted today by Service Tech
The worst customer service imaginable. Today I witnessed a female customer verbally attacked and her keys thrown at her leaving her in tears by an employee of Customer Service Weirs Arundel. The ownership stepped in and was so unprofessional rude and crude to her I was appalled. I will take me business elsewhere and after what I witnessed today will NEVER recommend this dealership. BEYOND AWFUL!
